Very disappointed and I won't come back again.
The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone.
However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests.

Booked stay on website and gave hotel call to inform of late arrival. Hotel said call website back no more rooms. After taking 45 min resolving room heat didnt work! Horrible experience

Hotel was beautiful. Airport shuttle was appreciated. Nice warm huge pool and hot tub. Even shuttled us to an area restaurant for lunch. The only complaints were the evening kick back was goldfish and broccoli and the staff at front desk was unhelpful. We asked 3 times for a blanket for the sofa bed and never got one. The sofa bed sleeper used just a sheet and froze. The staff spoke primarily Spanish and noted to struggle with English. Overall nice hotel with great amenities and perks, just not sure if I’d go back or not because of the service.

Breakfast was good as it had made to order , otherwise theres nothing i could lost out that would be worth calling out.
Overall ita a disaster to stay at this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. It seems to be well kept. Pool towels were always well stocked and the made to order breakfast was delicious!

Nice hotel with sweet swimming pool and outside courtyard. It was near airport so planes coming and going 24/7. Walls thin hearing neighbors loud music

We stayed at Embassy Suites for the first time since Covid 19. Our previous visits to the USA included stays at Embassy Suites in LAX, San Fran, Boston New York and San Diego. All were of a good standard and value for money which added to our surprise at this stay…how it has changed now from the courtesy drinks only being a max of two, being at a separate bar, the breakfast service has definitely been reduced in quality and the queuing does not add to a great experience one of which we have not previously experienced. It seems Embassy Suites has reduced its costs over those recent years to the detriment of quality of their product and their previous reputation. I find myself thinking in future when looking to book an airport hotel at looking at other choices rather than making Embassy Suites a first choice as I did in the past.

First of all the elevator were half working when we arrive on one side before we checked out the elevator stop working on the same side Secondly we had sights of roaches one night and the next day each days we were there. Thankfully we were accommodated financially for the pest issues.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is exquisite and the rooms spacious and well appointed. We had cocktails with French Fries after our late arrival which we enjoyed. The free breakfast was far better than other free hotel breakfast options. The room rate was reasonable for a hotel of this caliber.
