Stayed for one night December 1st. Everything was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. The front desk person was super nice and helpful with whatever we needed when we arrived super late at night.
Definitely would go to again if I travel through las Cruces. Only problem is breakfast was so early and done super fast.

Everything was loud. The a/c, the exterior doors banging shut (my room was in the middle of the floor), the tv even skipped from too quiet to too loud. But the worst part was a week later they charged my card for a second stay twice the amount of my first.

The bed was hard as a rock first off. That #1 on my list when paying for a place to sleep. Pillows on the other hand were very soft and nice. Heater sounded like there is paper in it flopping around every time it kicked on. Tv sounded like the thing had been blasted
over and over and fluctuating between loud and static loud. Tub did not drain completely till after 5 minutes out of it. The good part was aside from highway traffic noise there was no people noise or weird people hanging around everywhere, definitely felt safe.

Despite doing the online early check-in the person running the desk still wanted my driver's license saying that really they didn't trust the system - they wanted me to pay again but eventually found my card on file. Once I got into the room I saw stains on the bed cover, stains and filth in the tub, hair in the sink, the fridge's inside looks like it is covered in mold, and the "black-out" curtain was full of holes. If you don't care about sanitary things, and 20-year-old decore well, this might be your place. Also the guy at check-out rude in my opinion and no one ever told me just leave the door open to your room when you leave - that has never been standard practice at any other hotel.

The first room was filthy. The carpet was disgusting. I made them give us another room. It reeked of dog urine so bad we had to keep the window open. The poor guy working that evening tried to do the best he could, The TV did not work the blow dryer was missing the carpet in the second room was filthy just not as bad as the first one. Because of the fair and a college game most hotels were sold out so leaving was not an option. The pool was freezing and not usable. The shower did not drain. It was horrific I would give it a negative 10. It reeked of marijuana throughout. It appeared questionable individuals were renting there. It should be shut down.

This was ok but very outdated, Shower had cracks in sides. Floor and carpet was old and dirty looking. Price was right and it was clean for a one night stay. Had microwave that didn’t work and electrical outlets very loose so TV kept coming unplugged and our phones did t want to stay plugged in.

From the beds to the sheets and covers, to the gross carpet throughout, to the old fiberglass type shower/bathtub that creeks as you stand in it making you think it’s about crack. The faucet drips really slowly constantly. It’s been doing that a long time. It’s apparent due to the water stains. I was actually reluctant to get in the bed. Worried about if sheets were actually clean. Towels were dingy and also made me question if they were all freshly washed or not. Breakfast was very limited. The coffee was impossible to get to and just a very limited selection, so I just left to find something else.

But omg, the first room I walked into smelled like urine. Like someone had peed in the room everywhere, let it dry, then did it again the next day for weeks.
We switched rooms and the next room was better but still had a stale smell. Carpets were disgusting and the bathroom smelled like mold and had a bad smell coming from the sink. I stayed 1 night even though I had booked 2. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night but they told me no since hadn’t given 24 hour notice. I took the loss cuz this place was so gross.
Don’t stay here, it’s disgusting.

A very musty smell. No elevator. Even though I books an accessable room online? Was not at all. Breakfast was lacking.
And as I mentioned bedbugs.Staff didn't seem to care at all. The rest was something I could of lived with.

It was just ok… if you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night it will do. Nothing special, nothing to nasty. It could be cleaner the microwave was visible dirty on the inside (glad we didn’t have to use it).

This property was extremely worn both inside and out I room just felt dirty plus they had a very large oversized stuffed chair in my room that did not fit and it was so dirty that I would not send it. It is just worn out and needs to be completely redone.
