Quick overnight with very easy check in. Sleep and go. Worked perfectly.

My 3 times here. But the bathroom has issues….Room 145. Shower needs serious cleaning as there was a lot of mold? But grout needs cleaning. I couldn’t shut off either shower heads, so leaked all night. Toilet flush handle is loose and I had to “play” with it so it would stop running running. Knowing the room was being used that day (2) days the room was musky until I turned on the A/C was better. If you have a manager that is following up with housekeeping it’s not do its job. If you don’t it would help to follow up what owners would expect. Seasonal flowers placed out front were dead which doesn’t give a great first impression as well. Looks run down.

Great stay for the price. We had very close access to Pittsburgh for an early morning hospital appointment. Most hotels in city were either booked or outrageously priced due to Steelers vs Cowboys game on Sunday evening. Thirty minute drive to Children's Hospital was no issue. Good breakfast in morning and close access to many things within Cranberry region.

Old dated property - but it was fine for a weekend steeler game trip. Everything downtown was $700 - so $133 seemed reasonable. Typical breakfast. Sausage and fake eggs. Clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. I would stay here again if it was the cheapest reasonably decent place close to downtown

Noticed when I book through Hotels.com I am always placed on the ground floor, which I don’t like. The room smelled like either urine or floor wet. I later realized the carpet had been steam cleaned and was wet. I wonder if a pet was in the room. The overall hotel had a smell, even the lobby. The outside door into the hotel did not lock so anyone off the street could access the back part of the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and a note was left by the housekeeper welcoming me to the room.

Stayed here several times. Hated the fact that the girl at check in was never at the counter. Sometimes waited 15 minutes for her to come out of the back room. And when I asked where the room was (for parking) she would always say "the elevator is there ". This time a wonderful woman Joann was at the desk, very nice and when i asked where the room was, she pulled out a map and showed me . Awesome!

It met our needs. For just an overnight. Comfortable bed, clean room. We had a friend in the area we went to dupper with & we were able to have her come up & chat/catch up on each other's lives. Our room had a sofa & a desk chair, so visiting was easy. The breakfast was good also, helping us start our journey home.

We stayed for one night in room 268 and were quite unhappy with the room. It smelled quite strongly of mold and the carpet was damp throughout, so cleanliness was terrible. It was clear that there were leaks in the ceiling panels as well. There were some orange/red stains around the bathroom sink as well. The hallways smelled of marijuana, which was not pleasant. Thankfully the bed linens were clean and fresh. The water pressure in the bathroom was decent even though the fittings were quite dated. The breakfast is pretty decent - good options of sausage/scrambled eggs along with waffles, yogurt, juices etc, which is typical for continental breakfasts offered at most hotels. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay due to the conditions in the room but there are some positives for this hotel.
