Rooms are comfortable, good location, excellent value

Room did not have refrigerator or microwave

The staff is friendly, price was the best in the area on a weekend where 95% of places were sold out

You'll hear neighbors turning on the shower and people talking (or kids screaming) outside your room, there were stains on our comforter, residue on the outside of our tub and food remains in the fridge. Our bathroom door stuck and would not close properly. The ceiling paint was peeling everywhere in huge pieces and I don't know the age of the building, but it could very well have been an asbestos hazard. Would pay a bit more to stay somewhere else in the future.

Bed was super comfortable!

Hardly any towels in the room and the 2 hand towels that were in there, were dirty. The coffee basket hadn't been restocked. The front of the ac/heater was off and it smelled weird.

The price and proximity to work,

Wasn't very clean, found bottle caps under the bed, dried ketchup on the desk that hadn't been wiped off and a lot of paint chipping around the entire room.
