The room was clean and big. The breakfast was decent.
The TV did not work even after I tried unplugging the cords and turning on and off the power strip and another remote as suggested by the front desk.
The towel rack fell off the wall.
The water in the shower never got hot. It was lukewarm at best.
The front desk offered another room but it was too late at that time since we had taken lukewarm showers.
The front desk told me the manager would be in touch with me the next day. I called him and he was very rude.

We chose this hotel based on some of the "excellent" reviews. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, but my wife did not like the pillows. Breakfast was limited, with not much variety. The trash was almost overflowing. The waffle machine made an irritating beep non-stop, and when we brought it to the desk clerk's attention, she said, "it does that sometimes. Just turn it off." We had already checked out of our room when we went down to breakfast, and the restroom in the breakfast area was closed to non-employees. Overall, the stay was okay, but did not live up to the "excellent" reviews.

Passing through and needed just an overnight stay. Very accommodating, well located just off free way, clean and comfortable, good value.

The bed and the pillows were way too hard, the drain in the tub was broken, and the complimentary shampoo dried out my hair and the TV did not work . Though the room was spacious and looked nice, it just was not comfortable

We have stayed here before and thought it was great . It has been updated which is nice . The dish didn’t work so we had no TV . They said a wind storm was to blame . No hot water in the shower .

This is a budget inn and looks a bit dated but it was very clean. Breakfast was fine with a real source of protein (eggs), coffee was very good. Staff was very nice. Excellent value for your dollars.

Quick overnight stay on the way to Grand Junction CO. Service was quick but the condition was not ideal. A couple of things needed fixing. Could do with an update. Overall for the price is was adequate for our brief stay.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is a good choice for an overnight stay while traveling.
