Customer service., housekeeping and front desk woman were very kind and prompt in answering questions or giving services. It was a quiet stay which I loved. And i felt safe in this area.

There was nothing i didnt like.

the blankets had cigarette holes.. The mattresses were uncomfortable felt like 2 box springs.. the door handle from the outside was loose.. no parking.

I make a reservation and I was there at night to check in and they didn’t let me check in because it was late so I end up going to a motel for the night

It didn't have carpet. They offer coffee and beagles in the morning. Not a lot of people stay there.

The Manager, Diane, said that they don't let locals stay there. When I asked her why? What is wrong with locals? She answered "Everything." I live over 30 miles away and she considers that local. She said she can not check me in next time because I am a "local." When I got to the room there was a huge stain on one of the chairs, the bed cover had a cigarette burn in it and a bleach stain. It had an ash tray. I booked a non smoking room. Also I went to use the microwave but it wasnt working. All the furniture was dated including the broken microwave. I wondered if she gave me the worst room because I am a "local?" Or if they are all that bad?
