The Front Desk person, I think her name is Faith, was exceptional. The room servicing left much to be desired, not comprehensive or attentive.

The room was adequate. However, it had been poorly cleaned. There was excessive hair behind the door on the bathroom floor. The coffee maker has something all over it, that was also on the picture on the wall behind the coffee pot. Clearly, an explosion that was poorly cleaned up. The front staff was polite. Breakfast was average.

Great location for what I was doing in Vegas. Safe and with plenty of shopping and dining. The hotel was very convenient as well, 24 hour pool and gym.

The first room I was assigned had taped up rickety and scratched furniture. It was in the basement with a broken window. I was told it was the last one left. The room I got the next night was fine.

My stay was amazing! The breakfast each morning was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the facilities perfect for our family reunion.
Shout out to Jamie Lynn who gave superb customer service. She was friendly and very helpful with my daughter's registration since my daughter didn't arrive as scheduled.
The one suggestion would be to put sheer curtains in the rooms so that light can be let in without being totally exposed to the world.
