Overall my experience was positive. I had a 3 night stay and the purpose of my visit was to attend the Covered Bridge Festival. I traveled alone, so when alone I'm not that picky about expectations. I booked the room only 45 minutes prior to my arrival and the front desk was ready for me. They also said if I wasn't pleased with ground level they could find me something else. The room was clean, comfortable and had a mini refrigerator and microwave oven. The location was ideal as it is just off RT 41 (easy drive south from Rockville IN and very easy access to Interstate 70 which will get you to Brazil, Mansfield and Bridgeton. I don't know what the hotel's cleaning policy is for multi-night stay but my room was not touched on Friday (I checked in Thursday night) but it was cleaned on Saturday. I check out on Sunday. For early risers coffee was always ready at 5:30am The room heater worked very well. The one negative is that I had requested multiple times to have the room safe serviced. It needed new batteries, and was a simple task of removing one screw holding an access panel on the back of the safe door. The safe was functional when I returned to the room on Saturday evening. Since I was checking out Sunday morning, it was too late. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is run down and needs updating. The breakfast was disappointing, not hot items available on the breakfast bar.

Everything was very nice. We appreciate when all goes well in a hotel sleep. Breakfast was great too.

Shower pressure was really low, I had to keep taking off the lid of my toilet to fix the chain because it was too long and get stuck so the toilet would continuously run. Breakfast was great. Staff were very professional and friendly.

It was a crack trap house with traffic all night in and out. Fighting in the hallway. It was all around the worst experience ever!!

Had to switch rooms immediately because of the smell. The 2nd room we were given was disgusting. The bathroom was full of mold and the sheets and blankets were DIRTY. We called down for new blankets. At MIDNIGHT, we went to the front desk (where the man was sitting and playing on his phone)and were told that they had no clean sheets or blankets. They were going to let us sit in the room with 2 small children with nothing on the beds and not even tell us!!!! He explained to me that they have housekeepers he could ask but didn't want to wake them. After i finally got him to agree to a refund, we went elsewhere. DO NOT BOTHER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This was a last minute change from a campground to the hotel due to a sudden illness. Reserved and checked in late at night, almost midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We even happened to see the clerk the next morning at a nearby restaurant and took a couple of minutes to chat and ask about my wife's health issue that caused us to need a hotel. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the area.

Bathroom needs renovation. The rest was just fine for 1 night stay.

Didn’t stay there , stayed at Super 8 in Lebanon MO as car trouble forced me to TRY and cancel. For whatever reason was given the run around about exactly how to cancel! Major disappointment!!!!!!!
