I recently had a very disappointing experience. I made a reservation through a third-party website and, in a rush, accidentally booked a smoking room for two nights. Upon arrival, I realized the mistake and approached the front desk to see if it could be corrected.
Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly poor. Gail Patel, who is supposed to be the owner of the place, was completely unhelpful. When I explained the situation and requested a variation of the reservation, he was very closed-minded and dismissive. He offered to charge me an additional $25 per night to switch from the smoking room to a non-smoking room, which I was willing to accept, but he refused to cancel the second day that was booked by mistake. I eventually offered to pay more for one night, but he was unwilling to to do anything.
Despite my efforts to come to an arrangement, he remained uncooperative. Ultimately, I decided not to stay due to the lack of customer care. To make matters worse, the lobby was dirty and cluttered with a lot of stuff around, which is not very professional.
This is not the kind of service one expects from a hotel. Good customer service and cleanliness are essential, especially in the hospitality industry, and this experience left a very bad impression. I am extremely disappointed.

It was a rather old property. The bathrooms have old stains on the walls and did not look clean. Towels are thin and only provided 2 of them. There is a Waffle House across the street so that was convenient for breakfast. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that.

The room was disgusting, holes in the walls, floor rotting, in order to lay down i wiped everything down with bleach wipes. The iffice chair was broken, and it was not good thankful it was one night. I will not return. Go at your own risk!

The front door had big air gaps. There were dead cockroachs everywhere. You could feel the springs in the bed. The bathroom door got shut and couldn't open it.

My daughter was traveling alone and tried to check in at 10:30 PM. The property couldn't find her reservation and told her they were completely booked. Not sure if it was hotels.com fault or the property but they were not sympathetic and did absolutely nothing to help her. They sent a young woman out to her car to deal with it herself Very unsympathetic and unprofessional.

When I tried checking into my room, they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had a confirmation number. So I had to pay for a new room. I Should’ve known at that moment to go elsewhere. The room was dirty. Towels in the bathroom were stained and shower curtain looked like it had black mold on it. Also had a broken towel rod just chilling on the counter. I also asked the front desk to borrow scissors and they told me they didn’t have any but I could see them in the pencil holder.

It was a quiet, safe, adequate, convenient location for our purposes. We were there for a wedding in Downtown Richmond and this hotel was 7 miles away and a lot less expensive. I didn't like that there was NOT a coffee maker in our room or shampoo and conditioner, even though I brought my own. The bedding and and surface areas were clean but the caulking in tub had mildew and the baseboards were dirty. I don't expect perfection but at least for the place to be cleaner than my home, since no one is living there. I will not stay here again.

There was no hot water at the sink, and the heater made a loud noise the entire time you had it on.

Hair on the sheets, dust on the end tables, medicine (pill) on the floor, mirror was not cleaned, toilet seat slides, shower had hair in it and the curtain was moldy. To top it off, you never go into the office. You use a drivethru window to check in and a dropbox to check out.

The vehicles driving by are very audible from my room. Otherwise everything is satisfactory.

It smelled like mold. The room had not been clean. Dirt was all over the floors inside the dresser. The ac was extremely loud and dirty. When asked to move to another room non were available and it was no refund. Couldn’t take the smell so had to leave and stay somewhere else.

Bed was gross, shower even more disgusting, reserved a non smoking, but definitely was in a smoking and no breakfast as stated on the site. Not going to stay there again.
