Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and arrived with lots of wet clothing as we were caught in a major rainstorm while we were ziplining. They took care of everything for us without complaint and no extra fees. They helped with additional special requests as well. Genuinely excellent service.

Beautiful property on a coffee plantation loved the whole property and antiques like it was a museum. Beautiful clean room and quiet property. Easy to park. Did not have the best meal at their restaurant, over priced and lacking flavor but could be what I ordered.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and service/employees were attentive. Food was good too!! There are several restaurants in hotel as well as a close walk.
Hotel car service to mall was expensive $27. On way back, i got a taxi for $17 with a good & helpful driver.

Beautiful setting in a former coffee plantation. Hotel was surprisingly grand and elegantly designed. Felt a bit of old school charm but in modern day. Entire team / staff were incredible.

What an absolutely stunning hotel! I stayed here for two nights at the end of my Costa Rica adventure.
After traveling around the country for seven days, my goal was to find a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to wind down before returning home (without having to leave the hotel- PSA: I previously stayed in downtown San Jose and didn't feel very safe walking around—do your research!).
The hotel and its grounds are breathtaking, featuring two pools, a hot tub, plenty of chairs and tables for sunbathing, a driving range, and several dining options. I dined at three of the onsite restaurants, and all of them were excellent. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and kind!
I spent an afternoon at the Kuo Spa, enjoying the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and an excellent massage. This hotel was the perfect choice for me as I didn't plan on leaving the premises, and there was plenty to do right there! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in the sun, or who needs to kill some time before a flight home!

Amazing facility, and excellent value. It is more like a resort and the grounds and customer service are outstanding. Will definitely be coming back here again. Loved it! So much to do for adults and kids. Gorgeous view!
