The room was way smaller than advertised which was difficult since we evacuated from the Tampa area for hurricane Milton. The room had not been mopped well which could easily be told by our feet turning black. I scrubbed the floors on my hands and knees to make it cleaner. It was a bit difficult to enjoy the room itself because it was so cramped. Not like the gorgeous condo that I stayed in at a convention in August. The ad on Hotels.com stated that it would be a condo but it wasn’t. It was like a tiny hotel room. The only ice maker was in the next building on the parking level and there was no way to keep it frozen long enough. Extremely inconvenient! Handicap parking was a bit tough for my mom who broke her back so she stayed in the room most of the time due to the distance from the very few spots (4 for two large buildings with only 1 close to the building). However, I did get to have fun at the pool with my son. The water was so cold that I couldn’t stand it but it was beautiful to look at and enjoy in the sun. The beach was lovely and a short walk to get to. There just wasn’t a designated sign for the resort vs the Hilton. Regardless, it was much better than staying through a hurricane.

Many pools and several gyms, a community village with stores and amusement and restaurants. Preferred beach access with a pool. Even got in a round of golf. Plenty of underground parking. We didn't want to leave. STAY

Due to certain circumstances. Im out of $500. Misbooked trying to use a gift card. The entire amount was put onto my bank card instead. Unable to get a refund and rebook using the appropriate card instead. Late check out costs $50/hour And several other issues.

Excellent property. We had the bayside view. I would recommend this to any couple. We did have an issue upon checking in but that was rectified.

What I love the most about this place everything was close shopping malls, dining and the Bayview it was awesome. I didn't have anything that I dislike about the place I give it a 10 out of 10.

The unit was cute and clean! However, it is a shareride cost each time you to get to the main hotel. It is not walkable. That was added cost. There is amazing grounds and views on site.

The resort area was very beautiful and relaxing for families. There were enough activities in the resort to keep us engaged.
We arrived late at night. The check-in process took very long. Only one person at the desk and at least 5 families in line to check-in. Instructions on how to get to the building were not clear. We had to walk a long way with our luggage from the parking garage to our building. Signage was very poor and difficult to read at night.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!! The unit we stayed was beautiful! I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom showers were great and the space as more than sufficient for our family. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We had an amazing view of the ocean and there was no need to leave the resort. Everything is provided to make our stay even more wonderful. Fell in love with this resort and we will definitely come back again.

The only thing I liked about the resort was there shopping area and food area. Most of the pools were nasty with no lights at night. No tiki bars like stated there would be. The rooms were dated and not what the images showed and the front desk service people treated you more like a problem than a pleasure. I will never go back after spending over 350 a night for somethubg as terrible as this. The only another perk was the bus pick up and drop off the night driver was the nicest person there and the service staff at the Margaritaville restaurant were above nice other than that nothing else was worth it.
