Very basic room with shared bathroom. No fridge or even cups in the room. They got a lot of nerve charging the price I paid for this tiny shed with a mattress.

Beautiful property with nice relaxing area and a friendly staff. There is a place to rent bicycles in the property nice.

Cozy and quiet! Loved staying there with my parents for a night. We had a good rest. Complimentary breakfast is super simple, but then again is complementary.

This is not the first time I visit this hotel and I will always come back, exceptional service and rooms, I am always able to take my dog with me, and is close to the beach.

Nice hotel. Air conditioner is a must in the area. They also included a continental breakfast and pool. Was fairly close to the main city strip and close to the beach.

You must watch a video before you check in They will not take your passport numbers from a photo in your phone You have to wear a paper wristband during your entire stay at the property The room was incredibly crowded due to the strange shape of the room The beach club to which you are supposed to have access (a big selling point in the video) actually charges you to use their facilities You get an email before you check in that it is not a sex hotel Your room key also has a card to run the AC so you cannot leave the AC on if you are out of the room Basically, their guests are treated as if they are teenagers who are not capable of making reasonable adult decisions. The experience was strange.

Certainly obsessive. Everything about the checkin was over the top, including trying to put the customer through an instruction video. The town of Jaco is sort of the Las Vegas of Costa Rica, with all that it entails, and I found the lodge management overanxious and frankly intrusive. One night here was enough. On the plus side, parking was easy on the property and given the collegiate crowd present on the premises, you can see management keeps things under control, especially around the pool.

Good-sized room, nice touch with sink and cabinets. Wish there would be plates and cutleries, given the presence of a kitchenette. Very helpful staff. Be aware of potentially spoiled products during continental breakfast (I had 4 pieces of watermelon, all of which were getting bad). The setup of the hotel and the security around it was well-done. I would stay there again.

Perfect and adorable. Not far from the beach but set back away from the main roads. Staff was very friendly and stay on site. Gate is locked at night for security. They resuce cats which is awesome! The pool was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint was there was a rooster crowing next door all night (but that is not the lodge's fault).

Everyone was so pleasant. The staff and the guests all very friendly. Only a few minutes from the beach. They provided room service daily and even a basic breakfast was included in the price. I will stay here again
