Not very clean

We found the property convenient and affordable. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. In the morning, when I reported that the hair dryer was shooting out sparks and smelled like it was burning, the gentleman at the desks' only response was to ask if I had submerged it in water and they don't have appliances that spark. Really? He didn't even ask for my room number so they could check into it. When we went to breakfast (at 7:40) there was nothing left except cereal and yogurt. We asked about the continental breakfast and the gentleman (same guy that we reported the hair dryer issue to ) said that he thought everyone had already eaten. Then he added some bananas and breakfast sandwiches to the breakfast bar.

When you 1st walk in the hotel smells delightful; but the room was not clean. The baseboards in the bathroom had not been clean, the blankets had not been changed (jelly stains), I kept feeling like i was being bit under the covers, and the pillows had been rearranged to hide the dirty pillow cases. Not pleased for a choice hotel.

We were going to North Carolina. I was happy with the stay. Bed was comfy, room was a nice size and everything was clean. Refrigerator cooled our drinks very quickly. Only problem was the breakfast did not have very much to offer. The app said “hot breakfast”. The only thing hot was waffles. We had hoped for eggs and sausage.

Older property, good for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable.

Booked room for my wife and when she checked in the key card wouldn’t work. Tried again and wouldn’t work. Manager went to room opened the door but the handle would not lock. After several minutes of trying to get a different room he finally gave my wife a new room. That room was ok but the bathroom floor was wet and dirty. He would not note that the 1st room was defective and wanted to cancel the reservation and it would have appeared that she did not show up and we would have been out a nights stay because I had booked thru a third party. Avoid this hotel.

This was quite off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the carpet was visibly dirty, adding to my discomfort. The light fixture in the room was also popping out of the ceiling, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. On a positive note, the free breakfast was decent. They had a waffle bar and microwaveable sandwiches, which were satisfactory. However, the bananas provided were old, which was a bit disappointing. One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near a Walmart, Sam's Club, and several restaurants, making it easy to access necessities and dining options. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the breakfast were positive, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly detracted from my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

There was a rip in the sheet and comforter was stained, leading to concern about cleanliness. The property location was good , plenty of food options and Wal-Mart in walking distance. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was helpful. Breakfast was offered if one wanted to partake. Overall, i felt safe as a female traveling single.

Front Desk Representative was very accommodating and polite.

I did not like having No internet all the time. Did not have it 24/7. Coffee pot in room did not work!

We were terribly disappointed with the room, it was very unkept. The walls were dingy and there was dust everywhere. Lastly, we sweated all night because even though there is a thermostat in the room, they control the temperature. We have stayed at this property some time ago, this experience was totally different, possibly new management. We will not be returning nor will we suggest this property to anyone else.
