Only stayed there for 1 night, long layover flight. The room was good, not great, with all the things needed for a night sleep. Front desk guy, well informative, not friendly, but answered the questions, and booked our shuttle. Drivers of shuttle. Both not good. In the afternoon, an older guy, with bad driving habits, hard accelerating and hard stopping, I actually became a little car sick. The morning driver (we asked for the 6am shuttle), Was on time, but we had to stop at other hotel to pickup guests. He drove against de street direction, just to cut a little turn around. It was 6.15 am, no cars in the street, but anyways drove 150-200 feet against the direction. NOT GOOD. It's a suggestion to check on your drivers.

It was an ok stay for the cost. However the tub and bathroom floor were so slippery that we slipped around and my husband fell against the wall. I would suggest a slip prevention.

It was clean, provided breakfast and provided a shuttle from the Airport but did not provide shuttle to the cruise port ( but cruise port is in the hotel name). Alright place to stay for a night or two when going on a cruise.

Very avaerage, but so is the price, so its a wash. Im not super picky for a one night, pre-cruise, stay. The beds were adequate and clean. Bathroom was clean and decent. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The two things lacking was the a/c unit said 68, which was the lowest pssible setting, but it was obvious it was more like 72, which i am comfortable with. There was also a strong scented cleaning agent, like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. I felt the carpet was filthy and proof was when we stepped into the shower. For the price it was ok.

I was hesitant at first because over the last couple of months since I had booked with Best Western it has received incredibly mixed reviews on Google. I was pleasantly surprised- we didn’t end up using the shuttle service that was provided because we needed to be a little faster than what they could provide. That being said the person who answered the phone was super nice and helpful with directions. Staff was friendly and pleasant- we interacted with at least three different people at the front desk and two other employees including cleaners. If you’re having bad interactions with staff, maybe check your own tone of voice to make sure you’re being pleasant as well. Customer service workers are people with feelings too. The bedroom was clean. Two beds. Mattresses and linens and towels were nice and white. The room purifier wasn’t my favorite smell but it did give the room a pleasant smell. I wish it went off a little less frequently. It’s walkable to food and grocery as well as some shopping and easy for Ubers to get to Checking in and adding late check out was easy breezy. I’d book again!

They advertise free shuttle to the cruise port but tell you it's $35 when you ask about it. Lyft was only $14.

Clean but a little rundown. Cooperative and friendly staff.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast offerings and overall cleanliness of the hotel. My only wish was that the walls were a bit more soundproof, but other than that it was a great experience.
