The room was absolutely disgusting. The pictures on the site are not what it actually looks like. The are catfishing with the pictures. Place was very sketchy.

The room was very ran down. The carpets were filthy. The bed sheets were stained. The chair looked like it would collapse if you sat on it. The main room light switch didn’t work.

we tried checking in and the desk clerk said she had no reservations for us so i. called hotels they. called the hotel and tried to line it out and the hotel over booked and sold our room to someone else from the desk clerks own mouth and we had to get our money back and go elsewhere don’t ever stay here it’s nasty

Dirty bad experience bad service they treat us like a criminal or something they went and knocked in our room at 9 am and checked out it’s at 11 am I told the guy in front desk that we was staying one more night even though it was dirty but we was tired of long trip and we just wanted to rest and the guy in front desk ask for me to come downstairs with him to pay another day I told him I will as soonest I put my shoes and clothes he told me no if I want to stay one more night I have to pay now and that he will wait for me outside my room until I get my clothes and shoes I told him I was feeling uncomfortable with him outside my room that he can charge me on my card I have used that he don’t need me to go downstairs right now it’s not even check out time he told me he is going to call the cops than the cops showed up he made me feel uncomfortable we came to Topeka for my dad funeral and he treat us like a criminal so when the cops left and I pay another night one of the house cleaning guy knocked on my door and ask to talk to me than ask me if I was willing to help him out with something he needs help with I was confused and I ask what it was he ask me if I can meet him in one of the rooms I feel scare and did not feel comfortable than I close the door on him and told my husband we left from there asap bad experience will not recommend

This location does not even deserve a 1 star rating, it was so bad! Entire hotel smelled of weed (reservation was booked for a NON-Smoking room), window in room was wide open upon entering room (it was after Midnight when we checked in), room was NOT cleaned, did not have any towels in it at all & was gross to say the least. We booked this reservation last minute due to an overnight road trip for business & needed somewhere for a few hours rest & to be on the way. Ended up sleeping in truck due to the horrible conditions of this hotel. I would have requested a refund, but since it was booked last minute it was a non-refundable reservation. Would NOT recommend this hotel anyone to stay & HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!!

There was a terrible smell in hallway and the room. I was afraid to walk in the room without my shoes on as the carpet was full of stains. The comforter had several cigarette burn holes. I was kept awake most of the night with doors slamming shut constantly and loud voices in the hallway. I had reserved for 2 nights but checked out in the morning as I left for a grief retreat (son died 2 years ago), and the guy was vacuuming the lobby and told me to just leave the card on the counter. I told him i was supposed to stay another night but chrcking out, and he acted too busy to talk. Attempted getting refunded for the 2nd night as I was paying for a reservation somewhere else that was a lot cleaner, but they refused to refund me. Don't waste your money and spend just a little more somewhere else. Have plenty of pics, but it will not let me upload any.

Filthy towels. Dangerous hair dryer, no battery in smoke detector. Brown streak on wall ??? Awful toilet seat. No drain stopper etc. Filthy carpet.

When I walked in my room there was a chair in the way and I almost fell. Then when I went to lay on the bed it was sunk in the middle so bad I had to put pillows in it just to try to get comfortable and the springs were also poking me. There was no phone for me call front desk, and I am handicap and could not walk that long hallway and stairs again I was to tired. When I left in the morning I told man at the front desk and all he said was it will be better next time, and I told him there WONT BE A NEXT TIME.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed sank in very badly in the middle and you can feel the springs. This bed should be in a dumpster not in a hotel where people stay. I will never stay here again and I advise anyone who reads these reviews not to either.

We laughed at how bad it was. Bathroom counter duct taped together, had to wake clerk up, carpets so bad we threw the bed spreads on the floor to walk on. I would attach pictures but cant figure out how. Yes I took pics

Lost reservations. Did not stay at this hotel. It was very run down and dirty. Stayed in a different hotel.

The property was absolutely disgusting. It smelled horrible, the rooms were extremely dirty and smelly. I checked into one, I immediately returned to the front desk. They showed me 4 other rooms and they were the same. It appeared that the hotel caters to crack addicts or worst. A few of them wondered in the hallways. Extremely unsafe both because of the drug addicts but also in terms of the cleanliness. It is extremely filthy and smelly

This hotel is great…….. if you like crackheads to literally meth up your trip! This reminds me of a hotel the people on Law and Order SVU visit when they are investigating a horrible crime. To be honest it’s probably worse. Now because of this dive hotel I can count on my wife bringing up “that night in Topeka” and I’ll instantly lose every argument. I’ll never forgive myself for this!

The bathroom had plaster around the shower that was cracked, no face cloths, only 1 towel. There was a cigarette stuck in the bathroom vent along with an air freshner One of the bedspreads appeared to have several burn holes in it. It was missing a pillowcase and the carpet looked filtjy.
