Betty Noi and joy at front desk were wonderful

Booked Club apartments which was absolutely beautiful with two really big bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a huge sitting and kitchen area. Also a lovely wrap around balcony with lots of space overlooking the sea. All very modetn, stylish and clean. Staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were very thoughtful and very helpful in sll places. When daughter became ill they were excellent- got us in contact with a wonderful doctor they then came to check up on her afterwards and even bought her a bouquet of Get Well flowers. We had breakfast in the club Lounge each morning and everything is freshly made although there is some choice out for self-service food . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were just superb. The only negative is that you have to get buggies to get to amd from villas because it's built on a hilly area and sometimes you have to wait quite long. However, despite this we would definitely stay again as it's lovely hotel and you can walk everywhere to shops and restaurants outside quite easily.

Wait for transport to the lobby is pretty slow. In house services like house keeping have to call a few times before staff arrive.

That’s nice as you can expect for the area, bathrooms, mattresses, etc. all kind of sub par, but for the price it’s what you should expect

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. Great location. About 10 to 15 min walk to the night life. Our arrival was delayed by 24 hours due to an airline delay. I contacted the hotel to advise of our delay and the hotel offered to assist us in organising a replacement transfer. The private transfer was there and waiting for us when we arrived in Phuket airport.

Certainly the best hotel in Patong in my opinion. All staff are outstanding but three come to mind as being excellent. We booked a Delux room ocean front view but the facilities and the room were not what we expected. Other friends stayed on the property under different reservations and their rooms were updated and got free drinks. We saw the difference between Hotels.com and the Hotel rate and we did not get any benefits compared to other types of rooms. The hotel is ok but definitely are not able to deliver a premium experience. The staff is great as everywhere in the country.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and amazing views of the sea. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Location was excellent. Close to the beach and Patong was only a short distance away via local taxi. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service into Patong, which runs 3 times a day.

Close by is shopping, a beach and Patong Beach further down. Our room had a balcony looking out on the andaman sea. It was a great vacay staying here. No complaints at all with this place, just wished we had indulged in a massage. Good reason to return.

Our family loved staying at the Amari Phuket. The grounds were beautiful, although hilly, so be prepared to walk or wait for a golf cart when getting to the lobby. We came in July so it wasn’t too crowded. The ocean views from our rooms were really nice. We did yoga on the jetty one morning, which was wonderful. The breakfast buffet food options were perfect. Because the hotel on the side of a hill, most folks will likely want to take a short taxi to Patong. The walk does seem doable for those who are looking to get their steps in. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Love everything about this place , near patong area , but still away from chaotic bangla road , there is free shuttle to bangla road only for 1 way everyday , morning buffet have a lot of vegan food
