I absolutely loved our stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! I wasn’t sure how it would be but I can honestly say I would stay here every time I visit Amelia Island! It was so clean, comfortable and very nice! They provided everything you could possibly need with toiletries and gave us a gift of water bottles and travel info upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond to be so friendly and caring with every detail. The cleaning staff did an impeccably good job and the breakfast was delicious. They even provide delicious homemade cookies and fruit any time during the day! It was a short walk to the beach and the best beach bar, Sliders. Felt like home away from home!

Check in clerk very friendly but forgot to explain wifi. Front desk phone very hard to get a hold off. Pool didn’t look clean. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Tv remote needs a manual.

When we got there and went to the room we wanted to leave, the room was not clean, the lamp by the desk was dirty the door to the cabinet where the refrigerator is stored was nearly coming off .in short nothing looked liked the pictures you show on your web sight I went to the desk complaint told him about it, he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do if we checked out we would have to pay for one night . A little later the front desk person sought me out and asked me what could he do,he offered to give me a newer room, he took us to another room and I didn’t like the way it smelled there was an order, then he showed us a second one and it was better not great but better. the young man was nice and did all he could . But it was not what we expected and definitely not what you show on your web sight

Pillows in room smelled dirty. Desk staff was not very friendly. Food was Ok. Overall good.

The carpet in our room needs cleaning. When you walk barefoot your feet get dirty.

Our room was not very clean. The sheets and pillows smelled like BO as if they were not changed out. Overall is felt out dated.

As soon as i opened the door i noticed an odor of mold and mildew. Not a clean smell. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and this was the worse. Low water pressure at sink. Couldn't sleep very good waking up to the stench of mildew. Worse hotel experience in a long time.

Big thanks to the manager of the property for making sure we got checked in and didn’t lose our reservation when we had to arrive a day late. Excellent hotel.

Check in was easy. Lady was very nice & said cookies will be out at 4p. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. House keeping would put a bag of towels behind the door if you had your do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Breakfast was good with a variety. We look forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn! Great location, walking distance to the beach and a pizza restaurant right next door. The ladies working the front desk were so kind. They provided me with a map of the area and gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. They also offered beach chairs and boogy boards for us to use! The hotel and our room was clean and smelled good. My son loved that streaming services were available on the room TV. The pool was great, but I dont think a heated pool in the summer is necessary. Maid service did a great job tidying our room and putting out fresh bath towels. The breakfast was good, a lot of options. The gentlemen working breakfast was a little crabby, but maybe he was just having a bad day! Overall 10/10 highly recommend!
