Was denied entry because we didn’t have someone over 21 with us to get checked in. Drove 4 hours and left stranded in the middle of west valley at 10pm.

The entire property is filthy. I drove over 10 hours for an event in this area. The staff barely spoke English. The flooring in the bathroom was broken and loose. We paid for a room with a microwave that we had to go down to the office and ask for. We waited over an hour then had to call from our cell phone down to the office to see where the microwave was because they don’t have phones in the room. After a day of staying that following night our keys wouldn’t work to get in and out of the facility or into our room. Overall would never go again.

I decided to choose this location due to the convenience. The outside was old and worn, the inside was was equally old and worn, although it was clean the floors where scratched, stained and worn out. The staff was nice and pleasant. The room was pretty outdated, floors had massive stains, the bathroom faucet had chips in it showing rust, as well as the tub, and looks like rust stains on the wall. The towels where also well used, thin, and 1 even had a hole in it. At least the beds where comfortable. They advertised a swimming pool and spa, but the spa was empty and showing that it wasnt working for a while, the ceiling above the pool had severe leak issues including a sagging roof in one corner. And the next morning the breakfast bar was average, but pretty empty and had to ask when it will be restocked, only to habe a few people waiting that alot was gone when it finally was restocked. Not impressed with the price I've paid for such a disappointing stay.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. Where to start?! Upon check-in, we were informed the elevator was broke and they had us on the third floor. After hiking up 3 flights of stairs, we all notice how filthy the hotel is. Stains everywhere and it smelled like dirt weed. Now I'm starting to second guess my hotel selection but go ahead and swipe my key card to get in my room only for thr deadbolt to stop me and then to hear "oh my god, someone is in my room". Yes, the hotel gave me someone elses room who happened to be butt naked, getting ready for bed. After complaining to the front desk and asking for a new room ASAP, they inform me they are actually fully booked can't do anything for me. Their extreme mess up left me, my three year old, my husband, and my elderly mom without a hotel room after driving 6 hours at 11 at night. For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was very messy and hot thy switch to new room were yup did not work and water did come out shower and no hot water sunflower seed all over no microwave to warm up food a tv did not work and to use jantor clostet to use there microwave to warm my dinner up bath room sink didn’t drain

Overall the hotel was nice, but some of the carpet on the hall was dirty, and when I stayed there the elevator was not working, neither was the jacuzzi.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk people were nice. Downside was the pool was open but it was so dirty and the water was uncomfortably cold. You couldnt even swim in it. Hot tub has been broken for ages. And pool is definitely unkept. There was bugs and the water was so murky and dirty.

Only problem i had was the whirlpool didnt work in my original room ..after letting the front desk know they took care of it right away and moved me to a room with a working whirlpool
