the staff were great. Food at the restaurant was good and the rooms were very spacious and good as well. I never got to understand the TV (I did not ask) and from time to time the Internet was difficulty so I missed a few meetings but it was great overall and I would definitely stay there again.

It is much better than the photos and have the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. the food is good and the location to my meetings was excellent.

An amazing experience! Quite a unique and very personalised hotel thanks to the owner Prince. We were impressed with his visions and values which I won’t mention here but do stay here and find out for yourself! Great location,food and attention to detail. All the staff speak English really well. Highly recommend !!

We had a GREAT experience at Sanna hotel! The location, staff/service, and room were excellent!
The staff was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service; they arranged our airport transportation for the next day; also a tuk tuk ride to the Art Gallery & went above and beyond by offering their info so they could arrange our return transportation.
We're immensely grateful for all the efforts by Prince to help us resolve the external issues that we experienced with our safari company (unrelated to our stay) and accommodating & expediting our late laundry service request.
The room was spacious, bathroom was clean & bed was comfortable.The sunset view from the roof is spectacular! If you're obsessed with sunsets like us, this is definitely the place to watch it. The restaurant staff setup a table for us & we enjoyed wine from the full service bar, while watching the sunset over the city. We didn’t have a chance to try dinner at the restaurant, but had a delicious, made-to-order breakfast. There is also a cafe attached to the hotel and the beverages we had were good.
We forgot a few names so didn’t mention any of the staff, but wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who crossed our paths at Sanna hotel. You truly helped to make our time in Arusha & Tanzania special so we didn’t leave the country with a poor experience, from the Safari company.
We look forward to returning for a future stay at Sanna and would highly recommend for your trip to Arusha.
