The hotel was slow the first key didnt work the next key did but the toliet didnt flush and i had to bring up the tools to fix it myself. I needed a one day get away and instead i end up fixing their mess. It was awful

Booked a smoking room on site and when I got there they stated the hotel is now non smoking facility and charged an additional deposit when I had already paid for the 3 nights, still haven’t gotten my deposit back…the toilet wouldn’t flush, had to change rooms due to ac not working as well…

Worst place I have ever stayed. Photos were misleading. Our room was disgusting, smelled so heavily of smoke. Floors, walls, and sheets were dirty. Cabinets were literally crumbling and falling apart. There was NO soap or towels. Literal nightmare. The only reason we stayed was because we evacuated for a hurricane & there was literally no where else to go. Stay far away.

Check-in at the front desk was a lengthy process as there were so many people evacuating from Hurricane Milton. One couple ahead of me needed a first floor room and found out the door wouldn't lock and had no TV. A group of 4 guys were given room keys to a room that was already occupied. The next room they got they said smelled horrible. We got to our room and it was clean enough but not stocked with anything and no TV. The front desk was helpful in getting us a TV the next day along with extra towels. There was a water leak into the bathroom as the laundry center was next door. Alix at the front desk was overwhelmed but kept his cool with all the complaints and checked on us personally to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely would not stay there again but was the only place I could find that would accept my two cats.

It was gross, there was black mold on the ceilings. the shower curtain you couldn't touch with your hands because it was slimy. There were no towels, no pillows no cups there was hair on all the floors and the corners. We did not feel safe with the type of people they had there. People were knocking on our door and tapping on our window during the night.

Bed and bedding were fine. Room was old and not in good repair. Glass Stove top was smashed. Countertop was dirty and broken. The bathroom wasn’t awful but the tub and tub fixtures were not good. Tub was so old, worn and dirty. I wouldn’t even step in it. The worst was the strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom apparently from the room next door. I complained to the desk and was told yes, it is a No Smoking motel but they can’t read. There was a hole at the bottom of the door which was chewed by a rat. There was a rat trap outside across the sidewalk from my door.. The safety lock on the door was loose and the screws falling out. I had booked 3 nights but left after the first night. They showed me 2 other rooms if I wanted to switch but I did not stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff are very enthusiastic, and the transportation is convenient and very satisfied.

My stay wasn't planned and it was awful, the first room wasn't clean and the towels were wet! Not to mention there was no remote control The second room is just as worse. The batteries in the smoke detector were going out and it beeps and beeps. Nothing was going well. The traffic was like grand central station and the looks of prostitute coming and going.

I took a nap because I was exhausted from my travels. I woke up and went through my luggage and found two roaches. I was livid. I went to take a shower there were roaches on the shower curtains. HAIR IN THE TUB. SHEETS HAD STAINS ON THEM. The longer I stayed the more roaches came out. They were crawling on the sink the refrigerator floors etc. After 4 hours I left my room and went downstairs to the front desk and demanded a refund. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. DO NOT BOOK.
