Parking was very good with being able to park close to our unit. Room was clean but abit dated. Shower control was difficult to adjust. Hot was availble quickly and not affected by other occupied units. Surrounding area to hotel was beautiful, like a park. Staff was very friendly.

Nice hot breakfast. Real tamales were served along with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, and pastries.
Room was clean and air conditioner was already running.
We were texted by the hotel after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. Asked for a meal recommendation and was given a good option. Happy.

Excellent place to stay in Ruidoso! We have stayed here a few times and it remains a great option, at an excellent price!

This place is amazing. Off the main road, big rooms, beautiful grounds, wooded views, great breakfast. Rooms are older but kept up nice. We will be back!

I didn't realize that i booked my room smoking and when I checked in the informed me that it was smoking i requested that i get a non smoking because of my grandchild. Front desk lady said i had to go through the 3rd party i went through to change my room

This was a good choice for my time in Ruidoso. Despite the recent fires and floods, the area is beautiful. We had a flash flood warning and were super glad to be up high on this property. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast adequate. The grounds are lovely. We did feel we were given a smoking room as there were residual smells... perhaps the AC needed maintenance? The bathroom could have been cleaner, as we noted hair and dead spider in the corners. We are not neat freaks, but did notice these items. Overall a good stay.

To begin the worst communication from the front desk, I booked this trip for my family and we had a funeral to attend so things had to get switched around and the front desk had no idea how to add an additional night, no one can speak Spanish or translate in the office, and when I called to ask the manager questions regarding our room and pricing she was so rude, kept talking over me and would not even let me finish my sentence without interrupting me, she was rude and should not have a manager title if that’s how she communicates with customers. We have used this hotel to visit family multiple times and never will use them again.

Loved this place! Very quiet & peaceful. Grounds were beautiful and hotel was very clean!! It’s an older hotel but they have updated it. Beds and pillows were nice, towels were soft. We will definitely be back.
