The first night the fire alarm went off, half hour later we were cleared, not sure why. It was a very cold night but all was well.
Breakfast was available, only one person could make waffles at a time, so we didn’t get any because we were crowded out and then breakfast was over promptly at 10 am. One morning omelettes with green peppers were served, I’m allergic and no other option so I didn’t get to eat. Coffee could have been better but it was ok. Breakfast offered other options; bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, several juices. Snacks, sodas, water, various items are available near front desks. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and lobby area has pleasant open atmosphere. I would stay here again and recommend.

To start with, the room was bad. I asked for it to be cleaned and they said there was no cleaning service. The rooms were cleaned every other day. The sheets looked like blood on them. The room next door made a lot of noise. It was a really ugly hotel. Not recommended.

The bed was so hard i felt loke i was sleeping on the floor! Woke up with so much bad pain. Told the front desk and they were unbothered by it. I was told that they would have to shut down the whole hospital in order to re-do all of the rooms! Ummm... I thought we were in a hotel!? But ok!

Felt like the carpet was dingy looking throughout the building however it was sticky in our room so a deep cleaning would help; not the nicest Hilton I’ve stayed in for the money. Also having to pay for parking after already paying close to $400 a night is ridiculous. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly

The hotel staff was ve y pleasant. I was surprised that the parking was no longer free and had to use an app to pay parking. I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country. The breakfast was typical. The floors and carpet however were very dirty, especially the lifts. The hotel it’s self could use a spruce up

Front desk worker was amazing. She allowed us to check in really early and offered free water bottles since we are Hilton Rewards members. The breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. The rooms were just ok. The bed was not very comfortable - definitely not up to standard for a Hampton Inn. Bathroom didnt have a fan and it smelled like sewage whenever thr toilet was flushed. Disappointed i had to pay for parking. Overall, i would not recommend this property due to the steep price and inferior rooms.

I had two reservations. The first man that checked me in was so kind and helpful. When I went down the next morning I had to do it again.
It was a smooth transaction to allow me to stay in my same room but the new woman was rude and didn’t use her words right. Confused customer to thinking she was charging my car again.
Rooms were nice, breakfast was good.

Overall great stay - self check in available via the Hilton Honors app (which was incredibly convenient for us because we arrived late the first day), very clean hotel, daily breakfast was great, cleaning of the room every other day to not disturb guests, and a short drive to Salem (and cheaper as well!). We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

staff was polite and helpful. room was run down and old. AC was propped up by pieces of wood. couch was old and dirty. had to pay $5 for parking but with service fee was $6.50. almost $200 for this room. never again. checked out at 1am

This was our second leg of the stay as we wanted to go to Salem, this was not walkable so had to book Ubers, wasn’t very impressed with the bedding had to ask for clean mattress protector but have to say the staff member was very helpful.
