The host is very nice, she greeted us when we arrived. Be careful to call before, so she knows when you arrive. The location is very close to the city center, yet it is on a quiet street, away from the noise. There is a bar next by, but it is not loud. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need and there is also a TV in each room; it's cool when the guests want to watch different TV shows. Surprisingly, the apartment big, there is enough room for a family of 4, with two teenagers.

The bathroom is typic French, the toilet is in one room (first floor) and the shower + washbasin in another one (second floor) so it's a little crazy to go wash your hands. Also, the toilet is right next to the kitchen. But it's not a big inconvenience. Yet it could be cool to have a toilet also on the second floor.

The accommodation was superb. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was very convenient. The location is great and the host was super nice and friendly.

We like everything about the interior. But stairs at the entrance was a bit narrow and not suitable for elderly people.

Not so much dislike, but what could be better is to have a dish cloth, a spare bin bag and an English version of the manual. Other than that everything is pretty much perfect.

Very central yet tucked away in a quiet side street with no through traffic. Exceedingly comfortable, lots of space, spotless. Charming host who welcomed us in person.

it is on 3 levels, works brilliantly for a family, kids sleep in the basement with their own TV, bed and table. middle floor is kitchen and breakfast bar area and top floor is main bedroom & shower. perfect location for exploring the Normandy attractions during the day and eating in Caen at night (plenty of shops close by as well) . plenty of space, easy to find parking nearby. We loved it.
