If you are looking for place to stay in Cancun, this is the perfect All Inclusive resort. The employees are all phenomenal! The resort is beautiful. The water is the most amazing blue I have ever seen. Everything was perfect. The only disappointment was the food, but some of it was decent.

Loved it! Super modern resort, amazing food quality and options (especially the steak restaurant & Japanese - delicious). Alcohol options were great too and tasted incredible.
The grounds were immaculate. The amenities were sensational… (the spa was next level) and the hot tub on every balcony was a major bonus.

Felipe was our butler for the week he was amazing. There was nothing we asked for that he didnt make happen, from the small things like the aromatherapy smells to making sure we got our laundry back after the storm. The was thoughtful and caring, our next trip we will be requesting him. We did a tequila tasting and Picazo was entertaining, he taught us so much a tequila and im a tequila drinker, he went above an beyond to try and get me the new patron but things out of his control he was not able to but you could tell he was trying everything he could think of. The manager pf the steakhouse was excellent he told us about a steak they set on fire at the table it became our favorite meal( they went above and beyond for my allergies) even with a storm that came through every one smiled and made you feel seen and safe

Our TV was not working for 5 days. On the 5th day they got it fixed. Management was not good at solving the problem

I enjoyed my stay here, everything was great and as I wanted. Staff were really great and I really appreciate what they did. They really care about you highly recommended and I will go back there again.

All the stars. The resort is wonderful. It is big enough that you don't get bored. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our butler Felipe took the stay to another level. He saved the day when we struggled to a specific sunscreen to avoid allergy. Above and beyond. The best restaurant is Don Jaume and Arturo and his staff like Jesus and Jose really made it worth going multiple times. To thank some of the other staff that stood out Ricardo/Kabuki, Diego/El Mariachi Loco, and Daniel/Flavors all made the experience great. The swim up bars are fun and we made friends we will stay in contact with. The beach is gorgeous. The rooms are great. If you can, get that private rooftop pool it's awesome. I want to go back already.

Probably one of the best resorts I've ever been on. Everything from the room, the staff, and of course the dining options! Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone I know and would likely be back!

We loved the food and the amenities. The beach was nice. Mi kids loved the activities at the kids and teen clubs. We all had great time in this resort. We recommend it and will come back.

The property overall was good. The rooms needs some attention. The cealing was falling in the room, fridge not working, ripped coushing. The cleaning service was great and so was the serving crew. Jose Garcia was absolutely amazing.

Property was great, loved the room. There were a few items missing from our stay. One was a pair of designer sunglasses that weren’t cheap and a men’s shirt. Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. The activities that the resort offered were very cool and food was surprisingly good considering me and my girlfriend are vegan.

This is my 4th visit as VIP enjoyed the property but somethings dont fit to 5 star resort VIP
Very poor communication between staff, bed was very uncomfortable to sleep and we had rooftop suite. The noise early mornings like 8am on Saturday or almost everyday from maintenance and staff , could not get sleep and felt no relaxation staying at this place. Also watch out for fake charged to your room :( we had to dispute 5 times and still they could not get it corrected until last day. Overall is nice resort, but this time experience was a lot more disappointing.

Food is great, very well maintained. This place is phenomenal. Our butler Aaron was great. The only thing i wish was that they had a deeper pool. We definitely plan on revisiting. This place goes above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth.

Property was beautiful. Food was fantastic. The buffets had so much variety, everything was kept pretty fresh, and everything tasted great. The filet at the steakhouse was 10/10. The Japanese restaurant was maybe the best I’ve had. The beachside burger shack is great for lunch on the beach. There were several weddings during our stay. None of them affected our stay negatively. The plunge pool room was incredible. Val was our butler. She was great, helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to the Majestic during our 40th anniversary. The property to include our suite exceeded our expectations as well as our butler Rene who took great care of us during the week. The restaurants provided a great selection of freshly prepared entrees to order. The access to twelve pools also provided us some great times with friends on trip. Our rooftop pool added a great place to retreat after a day around the property. The nightly entertainment could have been a little longer. The humidity had the best of us this week and took away from the great food and dining experience. The resort offered plenty of seating and cabanas throughout the property. The Clubs access was also appreciated for and A/c getaway with snacks, coffee bar and self serve cocktails for Club VIP guest.
