The lady Dariya was not pleasant at all. In fact rude at times. I had many runnings with her first of all. They gave me a room so small that I couldn’t swing a cat in it. Secondly, I asked for the room to be cleaned. Nobody bothered to come thirdly upon my departure I asked for a late checkout which should’ve been complimentary which wasn’t I had to pay half the money and then she kept calling me and calling me on the phone in the room while I was getting ready to leave it was quite annoying. Then she turned up at the door of my room and insisted that I should leave this sort of behaviour should not happen in hotels like this. Because of one person, I shall never return to this establishment again I feel a little bit betrayed by the payments I made and the lack of service I received. I didn’t even get free breakfast let alone anything else they make me feel as if I was not wanted there. She was not polite at all. I did not like the way I was treated and it felt at times that there was some prejudice regarding my colour. I certainly would never stay there again.

I was at Bonhotel the second time around. It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend getting their breakfast offer. Their dinner is good too, I highly recommend trying out their cabbage soup.

Hotel is unable to recover my personal belonging from the room, 24h after my check out. Personal item is lost with no trace. Highly uncomfortable to know, that my personal belongings are at risk during a stay. Overall service is good.

Anually, I am visiting this hotel and it is always great - keeping same quality and shape.
Even more: since some time, there is a nice cosy area to sit outside from breakfast to dinner.

This comfortable hotel located a little away from city centre however public transport is good and were very happy with its location.
We stayed in a budget room (no kettle , bath robes etc)-this was our choice and it didn't bother us as we were leaving our room in the mornings and coming back after 9pm.
The room was not big however well designed, clean and servied daily. Staff on reception is very friendly and helpfull. Would stay again if I come to Minsk again.

Reception service was excellent and know many languages apart from Russian and English...... excellent food but bit expensive and room amenities were excellent and bed very comfortable and cleaning awesome..... looking forward to go back again

At least it had a decent supermarket nearby. But near busy roads and couldn’t really open window for long. Also, sound proofing between rooms could be Breyer given it’s a new bulld.

The BonHotel is an excellent choice. The rooms are clean and well appointed and WiFi works well. I've stayed there twice and have no hesitation to do so again.
