The staff, both the receptionist Géorgie and cleaning staff Dragona were responsive and attended to our needs. This is the best part!
The property is located in the centre in a convenient location.
The room is modern and tidy, equipped with full amenities.
The air conditioning in Amelia needs a full servicing or a replacement. Also, there was a consistant plumbing issue.
The property is shared with other tenants and residents. The building’s common area was not well maintained and not clean.

beautiful up-to-date room, clean and comfortable, quiet even if in the very center of the city, great bed to sleep into but above all great and very friendly staff, helpful, nice, giving good advices for dining and places to go and also polite. I'll be coming back for sure.

The location of this property was excellent. City center and we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The staff was amazing! I had a few problems with a couple of tours I had booked and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. The staff was so pleasant I felt like they were my friends. When I go back to Belgrade, I will stay at this hotel.
I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Staff is phenomenal. Jelena was very interactive prior to my arrival. And the girls that welcomed me were very accommodating. It’s such a lovely place.

It’s not easy to find, the building does have a small sign but you may miss it. That said, it is a beautiful building with a PERFECT location. We walked everywhere, loads to do, great and friendly front desk and the rooms are well appointed. You can’t do better for their price.
