It was so so. Only things is I told the receptionist to change rooms because the wall tv had a crack. It was not functioning. She sent someone to confirm the condition but nothing was done. Me and my man were to tired to go argue the switch of rooms.

The room was dirty. Bedding had hair on it. Looked like toothpaste splatter all over the walls in the bathroom. No type of parking. Loud as hell all hours of the night.

Budget hotel. Good for the price. Neighborhood ok at night if you take Uber or Taxi directly there. Good distance between JFK and LaGuardia if need to overnight for a transfer. Only issue, pieces of the plaster in the bathroom roof were falling to the floor. Noise level was a little high and other occupants on floor were quite loud with conversation and kids. Otherwise acceptable.

i don’t know where to begin, the place looked nothing like the pictures. before we checked in we contemplated leaving but it was the best we could do so we went ahead and checked in. the blankets were stained, mine having blood on it. the curtains were also very dirty, as well as bathroom towels. there was only a refrigerator in the room and nothing else. our bathroom door also kept locking. DO NOT STAY HERE

I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to go ask the front desk for body towel, hand towel, and a washcloth. The cover for the iron board was so stained. I refused to iron my shirt on it. And to top it off the phone inside the room did not work. Thank God, I had a cell phone. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Cigarettes smell in all rooms, halls, and even the lobby. This is not a place to stay with your family. It is a place where people use it for one, two o few hours (for couples) and also for the homeless. I booked for one week, and wanted to check out after been there for 15 minutes. I had to wait two hours in the lobby trying to get a refund because I needed to wait for a supervisor but that time just confirmed everything I'm telling here. Beside that, nothing because they don't do refunds. I preferred to lose the full payment ($1,200 approximately) than staying there. Safety and health is more important than money. Their name is Hotel Pergola JFK Airport. They shouldn't use "JFK Airport" in their hotel name. My worst experience.

Overall okay.

When I arrived there were 8 cops arresting someone for prostitution and drug dealing. The area where the hotel is very unsafe and the front desk staff told me to stay inside and use Uber eats for food. I’m glad I listened! The rooms have no phones and my first room didn’t lock so I needed to switch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
