This was a very nice hotel. People are excellent. The breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and they fixed it immediately the room was open and airy. From this hotel area, there is so much shopping. You should be able to find everything you need and Waco was very easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anybody as a five star.

We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and they fixed it immediately the room was open and airy. From this hotel area, there is so much shopping. You should be able to find everything you need and Waco was very easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anybody as a five star.

Booked based off reviews. The outside and lobby look great. We stayed on the 2nd floor and immediately noticed a smell and there were stains everywhere on the carpet in the halls. The room was so hot we woke up sweating with it set to 67°. There were hairs in the shower when we got there and the shampoo/conditioner/soap holders were so gross and not locked to keep other guests from tampering with the product. There was water damage around the bottom of the bathroom. The bed was very noisy and not very comfortable. The sheets were very comfortable! The frame around the bed stuck out too much and we both ran into it over and over. Not a ton of space to maneuver and avoid. The room wasn’t horrible but also not our favorite. We most likely wouldn’t stay again. Staff was friendly!
