The Registration Clerk (I don’t remember his name) was alert, friendly and got me checked in quickly.

The facilites are very very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent dog walking area & runs. Easy access to most of Prescott.
Downside, the person making coffee couldn't careless, if it wasn't ready. A lady asked for coffee and was told she's making it. 20 minutes later no coffee.
You don't pick a place for the coffee, but people generally want their AM coffee.
So the hotel gets great reviews and they are true.

I like staying at this particular motel. It is not the newest, or the fanciest, but it is always clean when I come and I know what to expect. It feels like home to me.

Light in lamp burned out refrigerator didn't work. Room had a heavy odor of Mold and chemicals, which caused a asthma attack and we had to leave. There were no open rooms to transfer to. They could not refund our money, so we are still fighting with the credit card company 6 weeks later.
