Stay was fine, room was nice & very clean. Very friendly/helpful staff, towels and trash taken care of every other day. Good beach access. Convenient location to walk to plenty of restaurants & easy access to Hwy 98 if you want to drive somewhere. Building looks fine from the road, but viewed from the beach it needs some serious updates. Has the look of an abandoned 1980's Western Sizzler restaurant. I suppose it shouldn't matter as long as the room was OK (and it was), but it really stood out as the ugliest building on the beach. Latch to the patio door needs attention, hard to open & close the door because the handle didn't want to turn. I'm sure it's saltwater related, but regular maintenance would probably fix it. Breakfast was just OK. I hate paying to be allowed to park at a hotel that I'm being charged for, especially if it's in a lot full of potholes. If you're gonna get me for $15/day, at least use that money to maintain the lot.

Super location and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little less than typical for HI. Overall, I would stay here again for a short stay.

Staff was excellent lobby breakfast area excellent... room run down.. doors didn't work right toilet didn't flush right. Nothings been updated. Just run down for a place called the Hilton it was the crappiest one on the stip. Had to ask for extra towels...and toilet paper... there were 5 of us. For a week. Just not a great room at all

After readung some reviews, we almost didnt book here and it took until last minute to decide since all hotels had some bad reviews. But ultimately we chose here and took the risk and it paid off. Room is clean and well kept. Yeah it could be updated but its not dirty or unkept by any means. Rhe halls are disgustingly dirty which is normal for a beach hotel but if youre going to have carpet, it should be cleaned monthly at least in these conditions. The tub in room 229, it is dingy, doesnt drain, and there was no conditioner at all. Not a problem on the conditioner since we brought some but it did call for us to get out mid shower to go get it lol No bugs were seen at all, not even in the middle of the night. Staff have all been great and breakfast was good when you were able to get it. Weekend we arrived was crazy down there and we only got a small yogurt and coffee. Some people before us piled their plates high and took everything, literally. Its more than pastries and cereal and changes daily on the hot food. We didnt use the pool because we came for the ocean. I wont blame road construction on the hotel as some reviewers did, it has nothing to do with them and doesnt stop you from easily accessing the hotel. I will say, we do not suggest AJs Oyster Bar across ths street. Nothing to do with the hotel but as a heads up, the hushpuppies are disgusting at best and the food was cooked in old grease, and MASSIVELY overpriced. In the end, we would return here anytime!

The reviews are true- three day stay and no room service at all. Had to call and get toilet paper, towels and a trash bag, they never came and forgot so I had to go down to the desk and get it. Breakfast was very bottom line, nothing special. Room was clean and convenient to the beach. I sacrificed beach front with hospitality because I Didn’t get that.

We stayed a total of 4 nights, 5 days. Excellent complies breakfast & service was remarkable. Very attentive and friendly staff. All the things we needed or inquired about were provided with a smile. We enjoyed ourselves. Direct beach access was the best part. No loud noises or difficulty sleeping… We will be back as soon as we can!

Staff is very polite. They only let 4 rooms do late check out per day. However, when I asked the day prior to leaving if I could get a late check out they said "yes, just let the desk know the day of leaving". There were no stipulations that only 4 rooms were allowed per day. If you don't mind the smell of weed constantly in the hallways then this is the place for you. Given it's not legal in the state of FL I figured I'd be fine to take my children. Get to the breakfast buffet before 9am. Even though they say "6-10" they really mean 6-9am. Nothing will get refilled unless you complain that it says it's open until 10am. We're not early rising family on vacation so we figured going down by 9:00 would be sufficient. Not so much though. Make sure you check your bill too...if you're like my family you Uber's to the hotel and did NOT register a vehicle for your stay yet were charged for parking. I did tell the dorky desk upon check out and it was removed. So no harm done. If I wouldn't have verified the charges were correct then I would have paid an extra $75. The beach access is amazing and there are plenty of places to walk to eat. So it is very conveniently located. I guess the price is strictly because of the beach access.

Love this hotel. We book every year. Its very convent, love the beach access, great breakfasts and very nice hotel. Walking distances to play putt putt golf and next to nice restaurant and bar!!
