Amazing place, great service however our room flooded with sewage so had to be moved. Member of staff who arranged this was quick and curious however did feel a little let down as 'it was well known' to happen in this room

Upon check in, I requested a room in the ground floor because my companion is not able to go up the stairs and reception managed to move our room from 2nd floor to the ground floor. Thank you! The room was spacious, very clean and very modernly designed. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choices and everything delicious. Restaurant dining experience was also great with a bar just next door. Haven’t checked the pool and spa which I missed. Staff are accommodating, friendly and hardworking. Very convenient with the wedding venue and reception only a minute away which was decorated amazingly beautiful. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The 'spa' looked tired and old was full of raucus children just as you would expect at holiday camp and also people who were not staying at the hotel. No treatments were available and we were told they were all booked up until end of april. Parking was awful and we were expexted to park in a remote overflow car park full of shipping comtainers. We left without staying as they couldnt offer us an alternative room and were also told we would have to wait for the refund to be authorised by a supervisor. Extremely unhappy with service and ameneties as we travelled a significant distance to get there.

Spent a couple of nights here after getting married nearby. We were upgraded to the King suite i think, was incredible & made a special couple of nights even more amazing. All the staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Absolutely no complaints

It was overall a good experience and stay. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 1:30AM and was stood trying to check in for what felt like an eternity. Some miscommunication and our room was wrong (booked suite and somehow ended up with two single beds pushed together)? We were upgraded at no extra charge which was really nice, thank you!! There was more water coming out of the bottom of the shower head than the actual head. Smelled damp upon entering but aired it out and got used to the smell. Despite this, staff were great and really added the value to the stay. Thank you again!!

It was booked for a birthday gateway, and it was a brilliant trip. The hotel had a cake and a sweet message waiting in the room. The room itself was beautiful, warm, clean, and spacious. The food options were nice, with plenty of varieties to pick from. Spa was great too. Highly recommended if you want a quiet gateway. Thank you

Very much enjoyed our two night stay at New Year. Nice restaurant with great breakfast. Very well organised New Year event which was good fun. Decent size pool with sauna and steam room, we didn't try out the other spa facilities though. The hotel itself is deep in the countryside so it's a 5 minute drive to Haslemere for other dining options. Some lovely walks around the hotel, there's a nearby farm with horses. Only negative is part of the car park has big potholes, could do with resurfacing.

The hotel has been refurbished fairly recently. All staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, we ordered room service on one of the nights and the food was alright but it was a bit unclear how/to whom you order, more clarity would help. The pool area was good, pool water temperature was warm, the spa was fully booked, so we didn’t try it but it seemed busy. Waitrose 4 min drive away, convenient for some shopping. Plenty of parking. Lovely overnight stay in a nice room with comfortable bed and bedding. However it was very difficult to find the spa in the dark, it wouldn’t be easy in the light unless you knew where you were going and which door to get in! Fabulous breakfast

The restaurant was closed so the choice was pizza or chips, 2 lengthy fire alarms at 3:00 and 3:30 due to a malfunction, half the stuff doesn’t work in the rooms , water either boiling or cold, sauna not working. Staff are extremely friendly but little they can do with such shabby managemebt

Beautiful hotel, great for a short break. Would be lovely for a wedding venue. Lovely clean, modern room with chic bathroom. Nice pool and spa area. Facial treatment with Theresa was one of the best I've ever had. Food great, especially breakfast. Only minor irritation was that we asked twice, once on booking and again at the table, for one person to have no cheese or butter on their Afternoon Tea, but it still came up with butter on..... And also we had to ask for plates (!) and sugar for the coffee....... Overall, a great stay.

Tested positive for Covid on day of visit. Refused to cancel reservation (or offer any alternative date or discount) and insisted over phone that it’s all fine to still come and no problem using all facilities. Zero duty of care or concern for their staff or other hotel guests. Used IHG hotels for a long time and used to be good, although cleanliness and customer service has really gone downhill recently. Would have real concern if you’re considering booking and in a med / high health risk category PS: I didn’t end up going to the hotel out of personal concern for their staff and guests, although a shame this is not their priority too

This is a recently opened hotel but based in converted buildings. Its great. Lovely spacious rooms (we had a suite) and fully equipped. Housekeeping was first class and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only little niggle was the lack of selection for vegetarian/vegans. We werr staying 3 nights and my wife had only two meals to choose from. That said, we mentionex it to the waiter and tje chef immediately came up with a delicious meal not on the menu. Thats service.
