Second time I stay there and no water availible.
I ask extra towels and the housekeeper was very rude to me and my family. I even think to sue the company.

Mold at the ceiling of the bathrooms of several rooms forced me to find another hotel.

Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

There was no hot watwr in 1st day and they came to clean after 7 p.m., besides that we found moths insects in the closet

Some improvements are due:
1) Some bath towels were too old (could see through some parts of the towels)
2) Food cupboard and drawers not cleaned
3) Drawers in wardrobe not cleaned
4) Curtains need washing
5) Ceiling by the windows has some black dust

We liked the staff. They were so politely and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely, we will book this hotel again.

Staff were rude when I asked if anyone spoke spanish or english so I could communicate the problem which was, the cleaning lady abruptly got into my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was in my underwear.
The male receptionist "with the piercing holes" at my check out was absolutely the worst.

When we arrived, there was a bus blocking the drive. But it was okay. The staff was very friendly, and the room was a great size!
