The check in process was quick and seamless. The decor and atmosphere was very festive. It looked and smelled clean. The room was very neat and clean. Everything worked properly. Yhe check out process was quick. The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast (had to wait for it to be refilled and the choices). This was my first staybatbthe Comfort Inn but I will visit again.

The hotel is outdated and needs upgraded really bad. We saw roaches in the room. There was paint peeling from the ceiling. The blanket on the beds looked worn out and old. I wish I would have taken photos.

The rooms are nice and updated fairly recently. My only complaint would be this is a very noisy area for car and truck traffic. If you choose to stay here , request a room opposite to the road.

Great hotel for families and longer stays. Breakfast was top tier.

The stay was good. We just didn't realize the major issues with the shower. The dials were broken and the water never got hot.

Property is a bit broken down and old. Curtains were slightly torn, sink was falling apart. Hot water didn’t get hot enough - it was warm at best. Bathtub and shower head could use upgrades. Breakfast was also sub par.

The cabinet where the fridge is was broken the door to the closest was broken didn’t have the two pull out couches like I paid for our next door neighbors was loud even through the night it was not sound proof like the description had told me but other then all of that it’s was good the workers was so nice and helpful

Stay was ok. The bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The front desk clerk stated that shd couldn't give ne a receipt because i booked through a third party. I have never heard of that before.

Not a bad stay for the going price... Staff was meh. The arrival of droves of fighting age men from other countries being bussed in every 10 mins was concerning. Overall, quiet and spacious accomodations. Place is ok...

Hotel was very clean,everyone was professional but friendly.
Convenient to all necessary essentials and Atlanta as well as many activities ( Six Flags, Zoo etc).

Came to the city to see the aquarium. After the hours of walking looked forward to seat down. Over all nice hotel but disappointed to see that there was no hot tub like I saw in the pictures. Pool wasn’t all the greatest in the walkway looks like water damage to the walls. The stairs in the pool has buildup.
The traffic is worse than a highway hearing tractor trailers air breaking and street racers all through the night.
Fridge doesn’t get cold when it’s on the coldest setting. However the bed was really the only thing that we really wanted after walking all day. If an overnight sleep it’s worth the price.
