When 1st got there I stayed in room 205 and it was a double bedroom the first couple of nights I slept in the first bed because they didn’t change my sheets every day so I got in the next bed another night I was awaken by bedbugs in my bed and I called front desk around 2 o’clock in the morning man that was on call that had a very bad attitude. I made videos of it management at the front desk gave me a one night free stay and said that was all that she could do, I miss work because I was so exhausted from being up trying to clean the room so I wouldn’t take any of those bugs back with me. It didn’t assist me on washing my clothes it was like they had an attitude. , I miss work because I was so exhausted from being up trying to clean the room so I wouldn’t take any of those bugs back with me. It didn’t assist me on washing my clothes. It was like they had an attitude about me saying that but they did change me into another room. I had to bring Cleaning supplies to The to clean the room and to make sure that I wasn’t awaken again by anything. I miss a full day of work because I was extremely tired. I think they could’ve gave me a couple of nights of free stay, but they only gave me one and the overall experience was, all right but not so very good !

The woman on ns who helped us check in AND fix the tv in our room was great!! Could not ask for better service. However the room a little worn down, uncomfortable beds. And then the next morning having 2 ounces styrofoam coffee cups to use was just a joke!!

The staff was great easy check in ,the only down side was the pool was kinda off they need someone cpo certified to balance it out And the deposit is kinda high but other then that i will be back

Its a nice hotel! I have no issues with the condition of the hotel. It was very clean. The only thing is no fees at the hotel were mentioned when booking. So I was not prepared to pay a deposit.

The door to the side entrance did not lock so anyone could come in and out and the room was slightly updated but still needed better cleaning and painted. It appeared to Be just deteriorated at the base of The walls. The breakfast was all carbs and very very basic we left and went to breakfast instead. It was for the price a what you’d expect. We were traveling with our six Month puppy and needed a last minute because of a tire issue and too late to take care of until the am I will say we booked through hotels.com I was driving daughter age 16 found the hotel and she booked a smoking room but they were able to accompany give a none smoking in first floor. The outside and pool area where well Kept.

The bathroom was dim and smelled of urine. The tub looked dirty. Only one set of towels. Had to request more. Only 3 pillows on the bed and not four. The microwave was dirty. And there was an area that looked like old blood on the comforter. It just felt dim and dirty there.

I like red roof but only thing I don’t like about is there pool I won’t let my kids get in it because it doesn’t look sanitary at all!! It’s was a disappointment pool doesn’t supposed to look green.. This is not the first time either..
