The staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel was was clean.The breakfast is amazing.

This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. They are very unwelcoming. Common hotel curtesies are not Extended because I “booked through a third party”. Yes, I booked via Expedia because this is a road trip (long distant move) and we literally have to book on the road based on time and weather. It’s hard to plan otherwise. And truly, using a service (Expedia is just a travel agency) shouldn’t cost you basics. I am a Hilton Rewards member—at one time diamond. That should count for something. They even closed up their lobby area after breakfast, making it hard to work outside the room. The hotel itself has seen better days. The bathroom was simply gross, there is a leak somewhere (but they were so rude I’m not going to help them). The toilet doesn’t flush properly. The bench seats in the lobby area are shredded (literally). The gym was lacking. I can not recommend this location. If I ever pass through here again, I’ll stay elsewhere

My stay started out bad. Apparently Hotels.com overbooked my room. I had reserved a handicapped room. There were none. I had to stay in a regular room. Luckily I'm not too handicapped....my legs don't work quite like they should and my balance is awful. So I had to be extremely uncomfortable getting off the toilet. It was bad. Luckily the bathtub had one bar in it so I was able to get in the tub....it was a lot harder getting out. I think someone (Hotels.com) owes me a discount. I won't use you again. The hotel itself seemed nice.

Wallpaper peeling, bed wasn’t comfortable, water luke warm at best no water pressure. Asked for a printed receipt and got a piece of paper with no information on it. I will not be staying at a Hampton ever again.

The linen and towels appeared to be clean. The mattress was awful, and the pillows went flat quickly. The mini fridge really should have been defrosted before another guest stayed in the room. The vendor refused to give me the government and/or military rate because I used the third party vendor so I overpaid about $40 each night. Ouch. Nope, I will never re-stay here, and I will be sharing my experience with others because I am part of the state training team. I am rather disappointed.

The young lady working the front desk was not friendly and very curt. She did not let me know when breakfast was; I had to ask. She also did not give me directions to my elevator/room; I had to ask about this as well. She seemed irritated and that I had interrupted her work day.

Terrible. We didn’t even stay lost $171.00 because the staff wouldn’t give us a refund or any type of discount. It was dirty. Some items in the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I can share pictures if that is a possibility. It is an old hotel. Staff was rude to my sister when she called to complain about the filth in the room. Staff said it’s not dirty! And you can checkout anytime. She wouldn’t come up to see. Told my sister she was rude for complaining. We went across the street to the holiday inn. I would highly recommend that Holiday Inn.
