Excellent front desk service. We had a lot of questions and needs, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. The bathtub was situated very high off the ground, so people with even slightly reduced mobility (I'm 50 and in good shape, and I had to take very good care to not fall when getting out) should maybe ask for another configuration, even if it's not normally your practice. Parking was close to the hotel, easy and free. Plentiful hot water for the shower. This hotel is good for being close to the motorway if you are planning trips to Tarragona and Barcelona, but the area is somewhat undesirable for taking walks or enjoying the city. I found it to be functional for our needs, as we needed easy food and access to the sports pavilion, but I wouldn't stay here for a getaway. Nonetheless, I think it is a good hotel overall and enjoyed my stay.

I spent two nights in this hotel, because the first stay (1-2 Sept) was OK. (second stay 11-12 Sept.)
Quiet, clean rooms and the young staff was very helpful. Though Maria's English (11-12 Sept) was not as good as that of her male colleague before, she really appreciated my trying to speak poor Spanish and reasonable French. She was very helpful in arranging a taxi, getting a flight ticket and loading my tablet and smartphone. There was a password-problem with Wi-Fi at that moment.
At my first stay, the lift cage floor was not level with the storey floot at the stops, which made me stumble.
I reported the problem. 10 days later it was not solved yet. Dangerous! Only serious critisism. Rest OK.

Hotel was in the middle of nowhere.the hotel also ran out of bread and all they had on offer for breakfast was toast or stale cakes.no hot water.awful experience will never be back at this hotel again.

Ride from cab at airport 20Euro, but later learned bus runs to hotel cheap. Town is basic, not much to do, but get on the bus and get to adventure park and beaches. Recommend for night before you fly home to make morning easier.

Stayed to be close to the Reus airport. At bedtime, the room and the outside were hot 24 deg C probably 85 deg F and while the lobby and bar had operating AC, the AC in the rooms had been turned off so yes the fan in the AC unit worked but cold air didn't come out and I did try the units in adjacent empty rooms so it was the external cooling unit that was turned off to save the place money. They did supply an external fan to set up in the room after some complaints but all it did was blow around hot air. A difficult to sleep and therefore not a Quality experience.
