The property was really nice. It is very convenient because while it is in the downtown of Genoa it is away from the noise. The restaurant in front of the hotel is really good. The staff is helpful and very sweet. Over all I will not be returning to Genoa, yet I am glad I visited and experienced it. But Genoa is just not a place to go back, at least for me.

Clean rooms and lovely staff. There is a terrace at the top of the hotel which is open to guests. Had a glass of wine with friends prior to going to bed.

We really loved staying here, it was an easy walk to all of the attractions and the dinner recommendation was incredible We would come and stay again next time for sure

The hotel is gorgeous and steeped in history. The staff were exceptionally accomodating. Lastly the breakfast starting each morning with a glass fresh squeezed blood orange juice was was a perfect start to each day of my trip. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is located in a historical property in the city center, with frescoed lobby and a beautifully restored library. Rooms are somewhat simply furnished, but the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the room offers all the necessary features. The wifi works smoothly. Perhaps the only downside is that the room was very warm (uncomfortably so), and the AC didn’t really help. The only way to bring the temperature down was by opening the window, but this option is not available on the weekend when the noise level is very high at night. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. I’ll surely be back

This property is suitable for people who don’t care about the comfortableness when you decide to stay in the old and historic district in Europe. I felt that I was in the ghost house while I was in this hotel

This hotel is in such a cool part of Genoa. It is not accessible by car. You have to walk through many alleyways down a hill to get to it. It’s deeply embedded in one of the most beautiful parts of the city. This area had everything from pharmacies to five star restaurants. Our hotel had a beautiful view. The staff were kind and we had all the amenities that we needed. The staff was very helpful when we needed accommodations for our car. They were very knowledgeable about the area and spoke fantastic English. We will definitely be returning to this property when we visit again, and we truly appreciated how we were treated. The rooms are beautiful. further, there is a beautiful rooftop with seating and meals offered. The cost of the meal is very low for the high quality of food that you got. They had omelettes, fruit, desserts, beverages, great coffee. The view is stellar and it’s a very comfortable and quiet place. The hotel overall feels brand new, despite being in what appears to be a very historic building. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable it was to be so central. This hotel is definitely a gem.
