The room was very spacious, with the additional room. Even had a balcony. For the price i paid, it was very comforting. The customer service over the phone was a bit rude, but in person was better.

We really enjoyed staying here. It had two bedrooms with the bath in the middle. It was clean and beds comfortable. There isn't a breakfast but the Pancake house was next door. The room was clean even over the bed. Even though it was on the main road it was quiet. The staff were very nice as well. I think it was a great choice for my families stay even if it was just over night. I will be booking here again. It is close to shopping and dining.

I found 3 roaches in the bathroom of the honeymoon suite… the room was actually really clean, but the roaches were not a good surprise to find.

Always the cleanest & friendliest place to stay in the Sevierville & Pigeon Forge area.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was actually one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in in pigeon forge. We plan to stay here again in the future.

This place is great! Sooooo Clean !! It's hard to find clean hotels in pigeon forge but they have got it right.

No issues at all!! Room was very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. The location is great. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed the night for a quick and cost effective get away with my daughter and it was a good place to stay on a tight budget! Would absolutely stay again. Air conditioner unit made a weird noise on and off throughout the night and that was the only reason I would not give it a perfect score. Front desk evening staff was so kind and wonderful!

The pool was closed when we visited. Flapjack's is RIGHT next door, so a cup of coffee and tourist-watching is fun. Our room was advertised as having a separate bedroom, which was true, but there was barely walking room around both beds - it seemed like it was one hotel room and they built a wall to create a "bedroom." If you're on a budget, and if you do activities outside the hotel all day, this is probably fine. For us, we like to bring cards and games and spend time together as a family outside of our usual tourist stuff. So this room was not a great choice for us, as there is no chair or table! (A small "desk" by the TV in the first room, but if one person is sitting at it, you can't walk past them LOL) But that was just us, the room being clean and cheap were higher priorities and we got that! I would definitely go back if it were, for example, just my wife and me, not the kids too.

Our room is just right for all of us. We have 3 rooms. 2 with beds and the other is a living room sofa that can turn into a bed. Each rooms has a tv. And we also have a balcony showing the view of the back parking lot. The room are clean, you can tell the place is old but they make sure it is clean. We will definitely come here again if we’re in the area.

It is an older hotel, the room was decent and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner. It is the old air conditioner type on the inside of the room under the window. It was very loud when it was running. That is the trade off for a rather inexpensive room compared to a newer more expensive hotel room with more advanced ac systems.

The lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly! Room was very clean and beds were nice. The double rooms were really neat too. Only complaint is one of the two ac units wasn't blowing very cold. Property was super clean and convenient. Fantastic price.

Hotel was clean. Pool was not open either day and the suite had two full beds and i pull out loveseat instead of the 2 king and 1 queen that was stated on description.
