We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, the view was gorgeous, the breakfast was filling, the pool was warm and you’re only a short walk away from all the shops. We’ll definitely be back!

Great view and sound of the river. Not the cleanest but the Reno was decent.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Heater worked really well on those cold nights. Close enough to town without all the noise. Great view of the river and breakfast was good.

The balcony view was excellent…Room was nice …it needed more towels and a place to hang them..The breakfast lady was rude …the door said open and we opened door and asked if we could come in and she said it was not opened til she opened door.

Location was perfect! Not to close to hustle and bustle yet totally walkable and trolley pick up close by. Loved the river and enjoyed the balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

We liked the room and the staff. Great place to stay within walking distance of most everything. Only complaint we really have is that the indoor pool was temporarily closed.

The rooms were very clean, they were definitely updated recently, the free breakfast was way better than most “free hotel breakfast” they offered hot and cold options that my toddler LOVED! The view from our balcony was beautiful and so relaxing. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg or the free trolley stop is right next door.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff and good location. Usual hotel breakfast. But the best was the balcony with two comfortable chairs and the sounds of the river. Walkable to downtown.

Only problem was the excessive noise from the highway at night. Property located very close to busy highway.

Absolutely loved being right by the river! The rooms were nice and updated. My kids loved the pool and foosball table. The property is convenient to get to and with that comes some traffic noise.

Nice and scenic view from the balcony loved watching the bear roam around. Easy to get on the trolley to go downtown and walk around.

No water provided for hotel rooms and vending machines with drinks did not work. Had to cross the busy road to get water at the beer store.

Are 3rd trip and as always very happy to stay here just the right amount from town we can walk there without being to close and have to deal with any late night noise

Good amenities, pretty quiet, decent breakfast. 2 levels of parking. Did not ge to the pool. They have a small gym & laundry. Fridge & microwave in room

Great location over the river,easy walk into town and quick drive into national park. Room was clean and good water pressure in shower. Downside was main road very noisy and walls paper thin so room wasnt quiet
