Excellent hotel located very well, 10 minute walk from Gloucester Rd tube. Clean and double room was a good size for 1 person. Staff very friendly as well.

Booked 2 rooms and there great. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The shower hot water was very hot so pay attention to the controls, ouch!! The reception were courteous and booking in was a breeze. A short distance from Gloucester Rd tube station is a short walk and so are the museums. All in all I would stay there again.

Very nice, conveniently located hotel. Rooms are not huge but comfortable and modern. Breakfast wasn’t great, started at 7 but not all hot items were ready.

We stayed two nights, arrived by tube service, and walked to the hotel. The hotel has several places to grab lunch or dinner close (within walking distance), and it also has one big supermarket and a smaller one within walking distance (3 blocks). The room was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a refrigerator, and the mattress was not the most comfortable one I have slept in. The hotel location is perfect, with elevators, which is excellent when you have luggage to carry on.

Fantastic location for catching the tube at Gloucester Road, staff are helpful and friendly. Could do with an on site bar in the evenings, this is a missed revenue opportunity by the hotel. Visible areas of the hotel room are very clean, however in twin rooms the bed closest to the wall down the side next to the wall was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time given the amount of dust. That being said, very enjoyable stay and recommend if looking for a convenient hotel in Central London with good connections to tourist locations.

I guess things are relative. The value for money is good. Therefore the size of the room is small. Took me a day or two to get accustomed to the size. No outside window, I should have paid more?? All in all the stay was comfortable, clean and somewhat cosy.

Great Hotel - I would say here again and again

Excellent hotel, clean, perfectly positioned in central London zone 1 for easy access to anywhere you want to go. Within a 10 mins walk from Earls Court Station & Gloucester Road.

Comfortable, clean, great location near a tube stop on three lines. The neighborhood is out of the fray of busy touristy areas. Only comment is that they need to change and fill the water dispenser in the lobby.

The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because the room we stayed in down in the basement (B108) had windows directly outside where staff came and went so there was no privacy. It also appeared to be where they all hung around to smoke and we could hear them chatting at every break. Because it was so close to the windows which we had to keep the blinds down so we could not be seen we could also hear everything as if they were in the same room as us.

The area around this property was safe and it is close to nearby restaurants and maybe 20 mins from all the sites in London. The downside is that the rooms are small and bathrooms are even smaller. Not much in the rooms not even a small fridge.

Hotel is decent, but small rooms - issue was due to a delay we had half hour to check in and get changed for a wedding which I explained to the receptionist who first wanted me to fill in 2 forms with info they should already have? Then asked for ID i did not have, and had not been advised I should bring - despite repeating our predicament, he was being a total jobs worth and very rude. Never asked for ID to check in to any hotel.?? Stupid rules making us even later for the wedding - kept banging on about policy!
