Staff and service outstanding! Everything was great. Wish the bathroom had more space and washcloths were standard, but one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had as we passed through Greece, Albania, Bosnia Herzogovenia, Croatia, Austria,Germany and Italy.

Breakfast was good. Room had some problems. We did however receive an upgrade, room with balcony, no fridge, Airconditioner not working like it should be.

Awesome hosts Cinzia and Nadia made us feel super welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely, clean, and cozy. Great breakfast buffet too. The location is awesome with train station, Piazza Grande, lake, etc. in easy walking distance.

The bedding and pillows are far too firm to be comfortable. The parking is quite convenient and is excellent. The TV in our companion room seemed no to be working. And the A/C in ours was not working, either. The breakfast is very good, and the office staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

Very nice hotel in very center of Locarno and only 5 minutes walk from railway station. Extremely friendly and helpful personnel and pretty good breakfast.

Very good hotel, very clean, quite close to the station. The host is very friendly and helpful.
But the lake view is not that spectacular (at least from the 3rd floor, probably better from the higher floor).
