To call this hotel outdated would be an insult to outdated hotels. This place is an old and moldy ghostown, and I’m not speaking about the guests. There is essentially no staff. Not in the pool, not at the restaurants, not at the bar. No one to help or serve, and until you finally do get served it takes hours and they charge you automatic gratuity fee ( how about you let me decide how I value your services ?). For the dry info: we received a moldy room, with broken down furniture, stickers on the bed, bad paint jobs, a lot of dust and dirt. I hope other guests will choose to go elsewhere u til this place will get renovated.

Can't say anything negative about the resort. Everything was great other than the room needed some maintenance.

The Buccaneer Resort is a Beautiful property with Beautiful beaches and Beautiful views. We have stayed at the Buccaneer each time we have visited St Croix. The Resort has everything you need and the staff are kind, helpful and accommodating. Each morning there is a breakfast buffet with numerous items to choose from. The restaurants are fantastic for lunch and dinner. There are numerous activites to choose from - golf, tennis, chess at the beach, water sports to name a few. Literally, a person doesn't have to leave the resort. The Buccaneer has everything. But, If you do want to venture around the Island sightseeing, scuba diving, snorkeling at the Pier, shopping or dining out - everything is pretty close. Point Udall, Christiansted, Frederiksted, Buck Island are a few places to check out. We enjoy The Buccaneer and like the location.

It was beautiful!!! Amazing! Staff were great!!

The views from the room were beautiful. We didn’t get a single smile or greeting from any of the staff. We did get 4 big palmetto bugs in our room, no entertainment. Boring

We had an amazing time!! The staff was super informative, helpful and nice. The resort was BEAUTIFUL!! our room was nice and cozy 😌 we WILL be back
