As a frequent traveler and loyal Hilton Honors member, I expected a level of service that Hilton usually stands for. Unfortunately, this stay fell short. I originally booked a three-night stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have the kitchenette and table for meals. Breakfast was good (though not rising to the level of great). Hotel is neat and conveniently located.

Maybe a bit run down and not the cleanest but not bad the staff was nice and I think they keep it as nice as they can considering the obvious age of the facility. Did the job in a pinch but we only stayed one night.

Travelled small family. Was put on lower level, nice suite. Room was clean and spacious. Many food options. Staff courteous. They had a "happy hour" from 5pm to 7pm.

The room layout was great!The staff couldn’t have been nicer and friendly! Sally introduced herself to us at breakfast and offered assistance with anything we needed. The breakfast was a good variety and not bad. The hotel layout was confusing, but all in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Staff is wonderful, my teenage daughter said it felt like we were family! Rooms are huge and quiet. Only negatives are some of the vents were rusted and in order to have a hot shower, the water flow ended up really low
