Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good.
The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking.
Access to Elche by foot was excellent.

The Hotel was not very helpful prior to my stay through email or during my stay. I had an early flight so I asked them to book a taxi for me which they said they would do. During checkout I found out that no taxi had been booked for me.
I also mentioned that I had cockroaches in my bathroom and there was not even an apology. He just asked if there was anyone else in the room.
The service in their restaurant was also extremely slow and walls are thin so you don’t get a good nights sleep if you are on the first floor at least.
The plus was the pool.

The room was great in size, bed comfortable. Television did not work, reported to front desk, and assured it would be fixed; it wasn't.
Bathroom was dated, terrible shower, and shower screen leaked. Definitely not the bathroom of a 4* hotel.

Would have been a better rating but the child's pool after the first day was closed and fenced off, this was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel. Everything else was good.

The A/C at this property was not working properly on arrival and all the filters had to be cleaned so that the system could work. The beds are not very comfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

On our journey from northern Spain to Almeria it was great stop off. Secure safe parking. A spacious room with a big bathroom, all immaculate. Staff cheerful and friendly with good English (sorry, I should have better Spanish). On site restaurant very good. the town itself, or the bits we found were quiet. Fantastic pool, safe with a lifeguard. Would recommend.

Beds horrible, needs to be changed. Nice swimming pool, but most of the lounger chairs was broken. Breakfast poor, all week same, choice is minimal

We were travelling with a one and a half year old baby. We had the half board, breakfast was nice… but the dinner was served from 20:30-23:00 so very late for the little one… and hard to enjoy with an exhausting baby. Also the staff didn’t speak English only a very few people. The receptionist were all so very nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel and an exceptional breakfast. The reception desk is excellent and always happy to help. One downside as to why i didnt give all 5 stars is the towels in the room. They are like cardboard and you could almost stand them up. Please invest in some new soft ones

We arrived early (cheeky ) and the staff let us check in early which was such a relief after very early morning travelling. Great location, very friendly staff, cannot fault it and if we have to stay in the area again we definitely will book here again

Lovely clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Great swimming pool. Relaxing atmosphere at the hotel. Nestled in a palm tree grove. 10-15 minute walk into the historic centre, shops and places to eat.

The restaurant was fantastic. Special thanks to Sebastian who looked after us well and the rest of the staff too. We loved how traditionally Spanish the hotel was and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn't very good and woke up a few times because of various noises. The shower in our room (129) was absolutely terrible though. Just buy a new shower head because that really was the worst hotel shower I have had. But it did the job. All in all a great hotel only a short walk to town and, as we were visiting someone at the local hospital, very convenient to get there too.
