I requested late check-out at 12pm (regular check-out is 11am) and it was denied, even though check-in for the next guest was at 3pm.

Two days in Salta, and this is a great spot to stay. Across the street is a very fine restaurant, and ancient church, and a lot of downtown activity. Recommended.

Very conveniently located, all was just fine. Breakfast was decent and the room was very comfortable.

Villa Vicuna was very clean. Staff was great. I loved that this was an old house. On the downside, I had a very tough time finding it with all the one-way streets, and once I did find it, I had a hard time finding parking. Also, I had trouble with the Internet. Initially, it was fine, but it started cutting out. I'd be one the Internet for literally one minute, and it would disconnect. I'd have to reconnect and try again. When I mentioned I was having problems with the Internet cutting out, the guy at the front desk jumped on his computer, then told me, "No, it works great." If it weren't for finding the place and the Internet, I would have given this five stars.

Nice enough for 1 or 2 nights to explore the city of Salta. Excellent location, beautiful quiet location. Good bed, average breakfast. The pool is too small for a swim, just to cool off after a warm day.

Apart from an initial hickup where they couldn’t find our booking, we had a great stay. It is in the most picturesque park of town and easy to walk to museums, restaurants etc. The room was beautifully decorated and the garden was a great place to relax in the afternoon.

I went to bed thinking I had a room for two days, next morning after breakfast I received notice I was canceled. No obligation on their part, told to go sleep on the street.

Lovely hotel with a lot of character with a beautiful Colonial style (Spanish). Beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. The safe was a bit small, laptop didn’t fit. Overall a great stay.

Amazing and cute hotel. Best beds we ever had, rooms are stunning, decoration is just perfect. The breakfast was super tasty and you can even have it super early in the morning.
