Very basic accommodations, not what we expected from a Marriott. Villa smelled of paint the villas were not the nicest. Carpets were filthy, dated ceramic tiles. Sparsely decorated and felt like a cheap hotel. The pool music was blaring from 8:45 am until 10 pm and could be heard from the villas. Elevator was extremely slow and the outside hallways were dim and dark. Pool was okay, food available from 11:30-6:00. Limited offerings but nice to have something available. It’s a walk up and order yourself type snack hut. Area outside of the resort was very run down, tourist trap and kind of sad. Lots of closed hotels. Table rock area is prettier, cleaner and relaxing.

Rained Sunday morning and there was a large group who had 15 children who were running the halls starting at 6:30 am playing tag on the steps and slamming doors and screaming. Nothing done about it.

Property is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and my family is having a blast. Everything is so safe and clean. Highly recommend this resort - especially for families. We love it!

Place was nice and clean! Our villa was roomy!! Beds not so much.. mine leaned downward off the side and pull out bed was HARD!

I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night. They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. I thought the lady was kinda haughty and didn’t really want to hear any complaints. I was just trying to do it for their own benefit and you know there is a lot more places to stay in Branson, Mo than that place.

Very enjoyable at the resort. Resort kept us informed daily about events taking that day. Very clean, room was spacious, well equipped. Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on. Bed was VERY NICE. The area was quite from cory traffic. Resort Staff pleasent.

We had a great time at the Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge in Branson, Missouri. The location was ideal. We had a very clean room. There was so many things to do right on the property. We would stay at a Marriott hotel again.
