Our stay at the Clarion in Branson was great! Clean, reasonable, and close to restaurants and shopping.

The bed was uncomfortable the noise from the fridge and the toilet ran constantly some other noise coming out of the heating and air we left at 12:30am and went back home overall bad experience

Check in was good. We made a bad decision in one King bed and requested to change to two queen beds. The hotel was accommodating. My two big complaints is that in the photos provided you see a beautiful hotel. At check in we were told to drive around to the side.... to see motel style rooms. Could have gotten the same room but with more up to date furnishings for cheaper. If I would have noticed that the majority of the rooms were hotel style, I wouldn't have booked here. Pillow top bed was a plus. Second complaint, the indoor pool was not heated. Cold as ice. Our three year old had blue lips after 30 minutes of play. So.... back to the room. The breakfast was good. Decent, hot meal. Lots of options.
Hot coffee, juice, milk. B&G, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles. The ladies were all very nice. Lots of smiles and they strived to make conversation. That was pleasant. Coffee and creamer available 24/7 in the lobby. Clean facilities with nice landscaping. Safe area, but busy area. If you want to be in the middle of all the tourist attractions, this is your place to stay!

I was put in a room next to the elevator 231, could not sleep because of a constant vibrating pulsing sound coming from the wall closest to the elevator. Finally i had all i could stand and went to the front desk about 12:30 AM and asked for a room change. The lady at the desk was very kind and said she had another room further away from the elevator and had no problem with us changing, we moved to our new room and it was very quiet, the rest of our stay was great.

Power went out for 8 hours, put us next to an elevator on the motel side when better rooms were available, couldn't give us a refund or even a partial refund for the power outage. Gave a walk in better accomodations than a reservation for us that was done 2 months ago via this site. Overheard them giving the walk-in a balcony standard room overlooking the pool in the better building of the hotel right in front of me when I was checking in. On top of this, in our lowly motel room the shower was too short and I had to do a back bend to rinse out my hair.

I booked this stay in April of 2024. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no king beds available. The rate was reduced but, I fail to understand why I did not receive the room I booked so early.
Our room was fine and the policy of not servicing the room during our two day stay was just fine with us.
The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was what we expected.

We took our grandchildren to Branson for a few days. The room was big and not cramped at all. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Our server Valerie was fantastic.

Hotel is in a great location with shops next door and easy walk to restaurants and the outlet mall but you're not walking back from the mall because you won't get up the hill. When we first arrived we were given a room in the very back of the hotel, although the room was clean, it was dark and outdated. After the 1st night we were able to move to the front building, rooms were a little bigger but definitely brighter, updated and just made you feel better.

Nice stay even though we had an older room . At breakfast we meet some of the nicest server particularly Valerie ! A very helpful and cheerful young lady . She was also very concerned about our needs.your staff is the best !!
