From start to finish our stay was amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. Great electronic communication, and excellent in person customer service too. Room was lovely, bed & shower great. Breakfast was next level, with a fantastic choice of continental & cooked choices. The homemade biscuits were a lovely evening snack too 🙂! It is going to be hard to best. Definitely recommend!

We arrived at York house hotel for a one night stay, we were greeted by the host and taken to our room, everything was first class and spotless. The room was spacious and modern, the home made cookies were awesome and breakfast had a great choice to choose from and was really nice, we would highly recommend this hotel It will be our first choice next time we visit the area.

Warm welcome, lovely property with beautiful decor and spotless clean. Big surprise to find a little kitchenette in the room with fridge and microwave which came in very handy to Warm up food. The best part was the breakfast, high quality products that tastes divine and got treated like a princess. Will definitely be staying again

Excellent host went out of his way to be helpful, nothing too much trouble even gave me a choice of rooms on arrival. Lovely hotel, well furnished, clean and very comfortable. Superb breakfast, so refreshing to have so much choice and more unusual options.

Lovely room, delicious breakfast and a very nice hotel. Only 2 minutes walk from the promenade. Would definitely recommend. We will be back.

This place really is a little gem. With the on-site parking, the re-furbished and pleasant rooms, the cleanliness and (most of all) the friendly and helpful service I could not fault it. The breakfast was really good too!

We had a fabulous weekend at York House. Lovely quiet rooms and a super breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Great location too.

Absolutely spotless from top to bottom , I work in the north east occasionally and now I’ve found this gem. Breakfast superb and if you can request room 1 wow !! Can’t wait to come back in future.

A very clean and well decorated and furnished boutique hotel. A microwave and fridge in room and an immaculate small ensuite shower room.A good selection choices for breakfast. Although on a main road in Whtiely Bay, we found the hotel quiet and very safe. We didn't need parking (parked with family) but if the hotel was busy this could be an issue. We found the bed quite hard but this may suit some people a heartfelt wish for kingsize beds rather than double beds in Briitish hotels

A very luxurious feeling hotel. Well kept and such a lovely warm welcome from Michael. The level of service was something we didn’t expect and it really made the stay feel more special. Cannot recommend this place enough! Breakfast was great too!

Really nice place and Michael could not do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely thank you. It is in a great location in the town, close to the shops etc., but quiet.
