Went with the family and had 2 rooms. Kids in one and her and I in the other. Rooms were 1st floor and 3rd floor. Place was safe quiet clean. We have stayed in a couple other hotels in the area and they were all crack head infested hooker trolling properties. I would recommend this spot to anyone on a budget. It's worth every penny and no drama .

Excellent service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Family suite is spacious with lots of amenities. Everytime we're in Orange county, this is our hotel stay! Walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm, shops and restaurants!

Nice place to stay if you're going to Knott's. Kid friendly (bunk beds), refrigerator and Microwave come in handy. Stayed there multiple times no issues.

Place was clean, easy to walk to Knott’s and the staff was great. The pictures of the rooms are misleading, but the price reflects a nice motel which is ultimately what you get. No complaints and I would stay here again.

Love staying there. Beds aren’t comfortable but the service is great and property is good. They just need to put better mattresses on the beds

The room was ok. It could use a few upgrades. The bed was decient. It was a good deal for what we were doing. Nice that it was with in walking distances to Knott's Berry Farm. Pool was heated so that was nice for the kids. Would stay here again for the prics and convenience.

I didn't believe that literally is in front of Knott's. Also super close to Disneyland, really comfortable bed, I overslept and was really nice be all day inside the room just for rest. It ok if you just want something to rest and sleep after visit a park.

Property needs a make over, not eye appealing. Elevator needs to be checked and serviced.

Hotel looks a little outdated but it was perfect. Staff was very attentive and friendly and it was so clean!!!! Best maid service I’ve ever had even compared to high end hotels!

Looked like room was recently redone. Lot of traffic noise. Outside looks pretty run down. We just stayed for a few hours of sleep, so it was ok.

Hotels.com messed up and never contacted the hotel that i had prepaod for a room there. They couldn't find me in the system. The front desk person was so nice and gave me the last room they had. The location was great, the grounds keeping was nice. The halls and rooms themselves were quite a bit outdated and in need of some repairs BUT the staff and address of needs made up for it. It was pretty quiet with exception to noisy pipes in other rooms and my room had some issues (keypad loose on the door, shower handle needing repair) but they are on it and repairs are being done. I would definitely stay here agian for the price and service and location.

The only issue I had was the water took forever to get warm but overall our stay was nice, quiet , comfortable, clean , convenient, walking distance to Knotts , not expensive and the staff was extra extra kind . Would stay again for sure !

Stayed in the 1 queen room for 3 nights - it had small fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with a small two seater table. Bed was comfy, a/c was crisp. Bathroom had plenty of space for two adults worth of stuff. Direct TV was included which was nice for downtime. The only negative was the carpet was dirty. It was definitely vacuumed, but it left black on my feet and you can see where it hasn't been shampooed in a long time (under the tv the carpet was much brighter...). Location was walking distance from Knotts, and across the street was a Walgreens which was super convenient. Would stay again :)
