The ladie at the front dest was really nice and personable! The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The pool area was nice and the spa worked! Breakfast was was alright as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Front staff was very friendly and efficient, check-in was very pleasant. Our bed was very comfortable and it was quiet considering how close we were to the interstate. The room did need some renovations, the carpet was terribly frayed were it met the tile, the window shade would not come up or down and showed obvious signs of wear. It was stuck about five inches from the bottom of the window.

Good areas to walk our two German Shepard Dogs, and dog waste area. Easy parking, decent breakfast so we didn’t need to grab fast food in our way out. This was an overnight on a cross country trip.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

It was bad because they allowed 4 to 6 young girls to stay in room 2 doors down from us. We had to go knock on door twice to try to get them quiet. There was no adult in room with them. We should get are money back for putting up with this!!

Some parts of the hotel room were falling apart, the pool was pretty dirty needed to be cleaned but the staff was very nice and helpful the area is nice easy access to the interstate and convenient to get where ever you needed to get to

The room was not the one that was requested. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. The room had poor lighting. The floor was dirty when we checked in. The bathroom door was hung wrong on the door frame and a nightmare to lock. This was nowhere close or even resembled the standards of previous Holiday Inns, I have stayed in. For $200 a night, you would expect little things like ice machines to operate, 2 out of 3 on the property were not operable. Tried to use the washer and dryer, washer worked, the dryer would heat, but not dry anything, my suspicion is the vent is clogged.

No hot water for showers asked front desk couldn’t really give an answer. Breakfast was cold ran out of coffee to get another pot going was taking forever. Only one person running the kitchen was too much for him with the huge crowd in the motel in for the game

The customer service was good! The building could use some work. The water regularly went ice cold. Not great when people need to shower. Also when the corner of the bed was sat on, the whole bed tipped!

Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel. Upon our arrival, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable (with a lot of pillows too), and adequate amount of towels. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good with a wide variety of choices. Location was great for getting to game at Kauffman stadium and several restaurants/bars nearby. The only negatives I say were that the walls are not very soundproof so you could sometimes hear noise in the next door and overhead rooms, the shower took a long time for the water to get warm, and because we were in a room close to the elevator, you could hear the noise and activity from the elevator, but these were just minor inconveniences and nothing that would take away from our overall experience at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
